这个是湘辣，不是香辣哈。湘辣的意思是用了湖南的剁椒。我用的是LA湖南餐馆买的
剁椒，很辣很好吃。
1. 鸡翅剁成两块，因为我心疼我家刀，所以改在鸡翅面上切口子了……
2. 准备葱姜蒜热油下锅
3. 鸡翅放入锅中，加酱油，糖，盐，炒至变色，就是糖色
4. 加剁椒，拌匀，放入蒸锅中蒸三十分钟
5. 重新热锅，大火炒至汤汁收干，放入青蒜苗，调味料，起锅
有木耳的可以放一点黑木耳，也会很好吃
印度咖喱饭
这个是跟一美国mm共同研究出来的，有些调料不知道中国买不买得到。味道超正！不
亚于饭馆里的！
原料如下：
4 lbs. chicken 4磅鸡胸肉
1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped 香菜叶子少许
3 tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated 姜末少许
4 bay leaves 月桂叶子4片
2 tbsp. cumin powder 孜然粉/颗粒少许

acid (TFA)的溶解能力特别强，很好用。可是，高分子（白色粉末）溶解于新鲜的TFA
之后溶液由无色透明慢慢变为淡黄色透明。
是不是因为TFA是强酸有所谓的发烟现象？浓盐酸就是淡黄色，因为含有少量杂质Cl2
。另外， 含卤素或含硝基的化合物容易变颜色,是少量变质导致的吗？
