interview, so I am not really familiar with the hospital and the city that
much.
I need more information from people working in Scripps/ or living in La
Jolla to help me make the desicion. My main concern is the pay, which is
about $11/hr lower than another offer from a smaller hospital in north LA
county. In term of the "location" and "reputation", Scripps is much better,
but I just do not know how well they treat their |

heavy board is hard to play. But you are right, tilting is the major factor
that force me to make the bad desicion.
This hand was played quite a while ago. I remembered cleary since I
played so bad and lost a big stack(170BB) in a limped pot. |

1. You direct odds are 150:275 = 1: 1.8, your clean outs are 12 which means
the odds hit on the turn is less than 1:3, bad business
-- AK哥把对手定在了top range上，in real case，对手range越宽，hero的实际
equity就越高，所以，这里以1:1.8加上另外5倍的implied odds，继续看turn并不是绝
对的bad business，相反，因为位置和strength，这里的call或者是reshove会给对手
造成tough spot。当然，如果AK哥十分确定对手就是top range上的牌，那这里就是
exactly turn＋river 1to2 underdog or <1to3 turn underdog，如果再次确定，对手
turn上出现scary card仍然没有fold equity，这里hero还是可以call flop，fold

I got a bachelor degree in clinic medicine in china.(no working experience) It
is said to equavalent to MD here. I am currently in a nursing program and
still have one and a half year to go.(pay by self)
Meanwhile,I am gonna to marry my bf (American citizen) in December. So if It
is a good desicion to give nursing up and turn to preparation for the medical
board? Or I better stay where I am |

It all dependents on project properties, legacy system, co-worker experience,
deadline, learn curve, even business partner's choice. And sometimes the
desicion is not even made by technical people. You can never under-estimate
the influence of big companies and boss's personal favorite.
As to my knowledge, EJB is suitable for big companies having a large developer
team whereas hibernate is good for quick developement |
