looking for a better one. I personally do not think payroll is a good start,
and it won't add much edge in the future when you try to look for an
accountant job.
But if you think at this point something is better than nothing, or at least

，毕竟轻松，挣钱多点。现在有2个想法：
1 牛lab，大lab的postdoc。最近发了15个lab，有3个要了推荐信，但是一直没有面试
的消息。想在牛lab能发好点的paper，早点申请绿卡
2 老板的startup刚成立，也需要找人postdoc，以前也谈过说我可以有个位置。但是没
有正式明确谈。最近他们一两个月要开始招人了，我想要不要立即跟他说明白，想去公
司做。求大家的建议，需要谈什么？如果我还没有别的offer，就直接跟老板坦白，是
不是觉得有点desparate。不过早点决定，也可以早点开始下面的课题
另外公司的postdoc 要不要H1B抽签呢？

Hmis Ob/Gyn 申请讲座笔记：
--从开始准备申请的时刻起，要有勇气面对困难，要有一种positive 的态度，（毕业
年限较长，Foreign medical graduate 虽然客观上是不利的因素，但自己的主观上应
该有positive 的转化，i.e. 毕业年限长—人生经历丰富）。正面的心理暗示从长远来
说有利于建立自己的自信。
-内科面试时相对mellow一些， OBGYN则会比较aggressive, 强调leadership。 OBGYN
是手术科室，会比较强调你是不是能在短时间内对一些妇科及产科的急症作出判断和处
理，以及你是不是能领导一个团队。Interview时有时会针对你是外国人这件事一直问
，有可能是看你在压力之下反应如何，因为将来工作中也是会遇到这种压力很大的情况。

Hmis以前是做内科（急诊）的，在申请OBGYN 时， 联系到自己在急诊的经历—急诊和
产房比较象，都有一些对急症的处理， 这样在妇产科面试时强调自己对急症处理的经
