judge, who can issue sentences, overturn verdicts, overrule punitive damages
. It's always like that.
And you are reading too much into 'personally'. It doesn't exclude advice
from other party. I don't like NCAA, their eagerness in intervening this
case, probably won't like the actual sanctions revealed tomorrow. But I don'
t see despotism in play here. |

。早就知道萧公权，魏特夫等人曾在此执教，便特意拜访了下中国学系，现在是归在
Jackson School of International Relations下面.进去后误打误撞进了Prof. Donald
Hellmann的办公室，跟Prof. Hellmann聊了一会儿，了解了很多早期华大汉学发展的

，每次玩和约，都有使臣手拎几座城池拜访对方，无城池你好意思出去见人？城池之于

宋朝够系汉人皇帝，又如何？不还是割完一忽又一忽，夹着尾巴直把杭州当汴州。。。

那时甲午中日战争并没有那么神奇，虽然很多事历史事件unfolding非常nonlinear，不
过那时日本没有那么脆弱，日本明治维新和中国戊戌变法的不同之处，是前者真的嫡起
心肝来做，不是照猫画虎，不仅明显的政制等方面改，而且还重视基础教育，186X年就
