即使没有FB的泡泡，这点房子还不够稍微有点实力的硅公硅婆们抢的，所以说PA是很难

When one boundary wall of a structure is built right on the property line,
it is said to have a zero lot line.这个房子的院子一半是跟邻居连着的，不是
detached，跟院子的大小没关系，zero lot也有院子特别大的。
也就是说，这个房子的一面墙就是邻居家的院子墙，然后你隔壁的一面墙又是你的院子
墙。你仔细看下照片就会发现的。
很多人并不喜欢这种房子，不是说地基会有问题，而是很多事情比较麻烦，比如什么东
西坏了还得进到邻居家的院子才能查看这类的。要是摊上个奇怪的邻居，比如长期没人
住，也没人浇水，那你家一面墙比较容易有问题，这很头疼吧。
装修什么的，是小钱也是可以随自己喜欢改变，但是房子的类型和地点是无法改变的，
所以这种房子相对detached single house来说是不太容易卖出去的。
当然也可能存在地基的问题，不过这家maintain的不错，不像是有这个问题。什么死了

提供提高的配件。我同事甚至碰到过rail的四个孔钻的
不在一条直线上的action。
逛了一圈论坛发现很多gunsmith接手的custom rifle，
使用的action，频率最高的除了REM700和WINCHSTER M70之外
还有日本的HOWA 1500/ weatherby vanguard

Detachable Magazine可能会是个问题，因为我查过芝加哥枪支注册的表格，对于
shotgun有个问题提到“Does your shotgun have an ability to accept a
detachable Magazine?”我理解那个表上类似的问题都应该要回答No的，否则就不一定
能买。这个还真需要弄清楚才能下手。

可能是看英文的东西多了，感觉作者写东西就应该detached，就像是New Yorker里面的
Profile，或者Economist里面的那些东东。现在看见很多中文东西的觉得很煽情。可能
是英文推崇reserved, detached那种风格把。

诗人，诗作有区别吗？怪不得我总是看不懂英语歌的歌词，都是诗人写的，太难了。我
朋友说中国歌手的素质比西方的差一截，歌也如此。我不知道西方歌手是不是文化素质
普遍高，我看过的几个传记电影像john cash，edith piaf，billy holiday，loretta
lynn等也没受过很多教育。不过他们以乡村和摇滚为主，可能也不是人文歌手的典型代
表，哈哈。
能坚持坚定信念到底的人挺少的，年龄渐增浓度渐低是大多数。坚执和偏执不好区分，
commit是褒义，attach常有贬义。我以前读t.s. eliot时就搞不清他是提倡还是批评
detachment，后来弄懂是提倡commitment+detachment，觉得好难把握啊，他搞得太玄
了，哈哈。 |
