买condo的form),Agent说现在新房子都这样,还是要自己照料草坪外墙屋顶等,和SFH没
什么两样.但是看了网上说这类Detached Condo是自己没有土地的.请问这类东东到底是
什么概念呢,大家现在买新造房子是不是很多也是这类的东东,有没有什么陷阱,谢谢! |

Does anyone know how detached single family condo works?
My agent told me that the owner does not own land and building, but have
exclusive usage of the area. It pays $45 per month for septic system.
My friend also has a detached single family condo. She pays $75 per month
for septic system. They do not own the land but they do own the building.
My question is: will this difference affect my resell value of the condo?

garage 有裂痕，检查报告是这么写的:foundation of detached garage is not
performing its function afequately - cracks and deflection ate obserbed.
虽然车库不与主屋连在一起 但是地上有裂痕，我担心会不会以后慢慢对主屋地基也有
影响。各位能给个建议吗？ |

。房子是2014年建的。2000 sqft，4个卧室，3.5 bathroom。两个车的车库。
房子离大华还有townsend park很近，上101,880,680都比较近。
房子有全套家具，60寸HDTV，沙发和主卧的家具都是crate&barrel的，基本是拎包入住。
lease可以是3 months，然后month to month，所以更适合找短期租房的朋友。

The good thing about it is that you have the feeling of SFH. You have to
take care of everything, exteriors, lawns, snow, ... and the monthly fee is
affordable (only $45).
The bad side is that there are not much common area, each condo is close to
the other. But there is still a neighborhood, cul-de-sac.
Of course you get what you paid. It can not compete with those nice SFH
