I can give you an answer: it's just car detailing work to improve the
appearance of a car by removing its imperfection like swirl or minor chips,
etc.
Actually, dealership's detailing work is really bad. For good detailing work
, it's better to go to local auto detail garage. As a matter of fact,
dealerships use local garages to do the 'detailing' work for its customers. |

Detail Package. (为冬天做准备，这里冬天很干燥，灰尘多、雪多。)
刚做完时效果很好，甚至比在showroom时更shining, 可惜才过了3、４天后车体表面就
积上了明显一层灰尘。
车平时露天停在DriveWay上。在做Detailing之前至少３周才会有那么多灰。所以我一
般２～３周洗一次车。
现在不到１周就全是灰了，不得不每周都洗车。
请问该怎么破？ 如果重新作一次Detail，在短时间内连续Detail是否对车漆损害过大

突然又一想，人的精力是有限的，关注了太多details，就没有时间想宏观的东西。反
之亦然。关注宏观的时候可能是因为detail太boring，所谓不得志；看林林总总那些总
是谈笑风生，左右逢源，见缝插针的佼佼者们，估计他们是没有什么时间来感慨人生的。
我现在才开始学习怎么观察details，文章却一篇也写不出了。呵呵。

我自己做一次全面exterior detailing的计划蓄谋已久。按我的性格，第一是一定要做
的彻底（完美主义者），第二必须能纯手工做，不用买工具（小农），第三是效果一定
要持久（懒人）。经过长期研究，发现要彻底清洁车体得用claybar，要纯手工就用液
体蜡替代品，效果要持久还得用sealant。经过多方准备，昨天终于完成了。搞了四个
小时，相当累，但是效果也相当惊人！
器材：mothers california golden claybar，Klasse all-in-one, Klasse sealant，
圆形applicator pad，四块干净、干燥的microfiber布。
步骤（每项均包含车体，排气管，轮毂，车灯和车窗）：

don't know about it. Most of the cars (particular old cars) look really bad
in paint, etc. Many fellow Chinese don't care much about the looks and their
cars have a thick layer of dirt, tree saps, bird dropping, etc. Actually,
with just some washing, compounding and waxing, your old car would look much
better.

问你以前的technical capability (project details) 或是 问你的人品/为人处世 怎
么样？
要面试的公司要3-6 个reference， 说了如果onsite interview后觉得满意， 决定
move forward后才会联系referecene. 那这种情况是查什么？ - 履历上project的真实

t talk about any research detail at all, your PL may not be convincing
enough. So I think you should talk about your research detail in a way that
