今天回家，注意到车和我旁边那辆车被其它的车蹭了一个大口子，我到apartment报告
，遇到好心的小区做卫生的，告诉我说他知道有人知道内情，带我去找了另外一位，就
是我旁边车的车主，他告诉我们的车上周就被蹭了，由于我上周正好很忙，平时又坐校
车去学校，没注意。他说他知道是谁干的，还拍了照片，他的车，我的车和肇事的车，
报告了detective,还找到了一位证人。他给了我detective的电话等信息。我还没有联
系到detective,我想问的事，我还需要报警，另外开case吗？detective可以把我这个
加到同一个case?因为从来没有和detective 打过交道，不知道会付多少钱。我太糊涂

光对焦点选择这一项，带脸部识别功能就要比普通单反选择焦点要方便快捷。
若是算上触摸屏直接选择对焦点拍摄，这速度比起单反相机甩几条马路了，所谓指哪打
哪，到了革命机才算实现。单反用户还在比谁家对焦点选择是转盘快还是按钮快呢。
单反纵然有Phase AF优势，Tracking优势，无奈先天不足，操作上已经落后革命机。
而且革命机日后潜力还有很大，比如触摸屏选择焦点后，根据焦点做图像模式识别跟踪
，还可以改善对焦速度。
所以说，所谓单反对焦比革命机快，也就是在极少数的场合才能显现出来，代价却是在

detective活动。原先探版虽然版聊多，偏离主题，但是非常和谐。不过自从此一伙人
批斗augustine开始，被搅得鸡犬不宁，一度几乎成了打架斗殴版。这伙人当中的
huan2007 PA augustine取乐后见势头不对，不怎么再参与打架斗殴之事。truecabbage
在pie,joke不过是跟在crashinfo后挖苦异己，在这个detective版却经常主动发贴挑衅
，充其量不过是参与合伙欺负人，不会像crashinfo/honde一味胡来，屡屡公器私用在
两版版面泄私愤。
总的说来，有一阵子detective成了以吵架为主题，不少ID深受此一干人骚扰，

一般来说，law分为两种
最基本的common law和civil law
civil law起源于罗马，common law就是大英帝国的重要遗产
基本上前英殖民地实行的都是common law
包括英国，加拿大，澳大利亚，新西兰，香港以及最重要的一个美国
civil law则基本适用于其它国家，比如法国，德国，日本，中国etc.
common law相对于civil law最重要的区别就在于没有civil code
也就是没有法典，不像civil law那样，事无巨细，什么都写上去
事实上的法律条款只有区区几条，具体到每个案例
需要的参照之前的案例予以决定
重大案件，比如刑事案件，则基本上需要用到陪审团
陪审团机制本身并不是common law的专利，civil law同样有陪审团
但是在使用次数上，common law法制下的案件审理明显要多得多多得多
司法各个职能部门分工如下

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我

，需要我去警察局录口供，接待我的是个detective， 大概40岁左右，穿着打扮就跟
The shield里的那位主角很类似，走在街上根本就象个混混。正好那个分局的电脑坏了
，他就载我和另外一个受害者去另外一个分局。因为是假期，路上车子不多，大概不到
3里的路，他连闯了7－8个红灯。和我一起的那个受害者耐不住了，就问那个detective
为啥要闯。detective回了一句：“Because I can!” 那个人就不说话了。。。。
回来的路上，到了一个两边都有stop sign的路口，对面路上的车正常停车，启动。就
