你这个link的credit应该不如下面这个吧？Python的avg salary by exp在mid to
senior level看着比别的几个都高啊，包括Ruby、Java，它的avg salary by lang低是
因为entry level的低了一大截。这个数据也支持我的说法，我们招Python的，号称3年
经验，连基本的语法都不懂，这些人里就有Java背景转过来的，想着写个Python碰碰运
气而已，拖累了avg

)应该是glm里面一个重要选项才对。 没有这个选项，跑出来的东西我看毫无意义，当

第二，你可以用stepAIC，接着往下算。 我觉得很awkward, 本来一步的东西分两步走
，最后结果你给我存哪呢？？ 你让我怎么做automation呢？？ 这种文档谁又看得懂呢
