98年devil季前为东区第一，而ottawa 为末位， 都以为devil会快刀斩乱麻，不想比赛
的天平在devil 的主场就倾向了sens, devil那年太轻敌，被ottawa爆冷
03 年打足了七场， 最后在game 7的overtime由devil 胜出。很经典的一个series
07 年ottawa 实力更强些，赛前大家担心的是broduer, 所幸这个未来铁定进入名人堂
的球星已经到了他职业生涯的后期， 那年sens 一直走到了总决赛。 |

这天行程是 :开车 rapid city------yellowstone 外面的 redlodge 476 mi,8 hr.
因为途径 devil tower,从90上下去,还是挺方便的,我们的一天行程又没有那么紧张,所
以决定去看看究竟是怎样的 一个神奇的东西. 这样的话,我们多绕了100 mi 左右,在那
里逛了 2个小时左右,绕着tower 走了一圈. National park pass是可以用的在这里.
神奇的是上面还有人在攀岩,据说要爬上一天多,那个人在我看来就那么一点点,真的很
佩服他的勇气.

缓缓卷起，秋叶或浅黄或浅红，姹紫研红的春景已退去，秋叶渐渐飘起飞落，把秋天染
成了金黄的颜色，秋天的大地上，落黄落红在小溪旁飘零，大雁起程V行远飞，只有这

发帖数: 32 | 21 ct.gov网站上有各个州立公园的资料，闲来无事，准备取其精华游玩之。
择其名字最酷者，便是Devil's hopyard。“魔鬼的啤酒花地”。
于是就去。一路田园风光不提。从主路顺路标拐上hopyard rd(?)，路面
陡窄，两侧浓荫蔽日，寒气袭人。徐行数迈，进入公园领域。
一直开到公园最北端的小瀑布处停车观瀑布，大失所望，小且腥臭，
水面竟有不少浮沫，不知环境保护怎么搞的。
复前行，至小廊桥。过河有trial若干，路标混乱。不过沿溪水而慢行，
凉意悠然。欲爬山观景，终绕来绕去，迷路而返。未见可供观景之高而
开阔处。地图上标的Devil's Pot也没走到，不知道是个什么东西。
返回停车场后心尚不甘，又驱车至地图上标的另一处景点：一小湖。道路
崎岖，水面肮脏，无心下车，K turn 而还。
点评：最佳的意境竟是开车进公园的那段森林公路。:( |

26mi处，从公路边往下直到 canyon 底部，终点是个简易的开阔营地，附近有清凉的小
溪。来回总长 7mi，爬升 1500ft（全在回程）。

计划周日 6/28 上午 9:30 在 210高速的 2号公路北出口（Exit on Angeles Crest
Hwy(2) NORTH）处的 Milmada Dr 集合拼车去 trailhead，照例在集合点等 15分钟以

过红松林，沿着一个美丽的水库回到pacifica。风景极为优美，可惜熊猫们都忙着打铁
，看不上我这种只会傻骑车的，没人愿意跟我一起来，抹一把泪。。。
早上领号的时候，隐隐觉得不妙，排队的都是BMI20以下，全套team jersey的大叔小伙
子们，像我这样圆滚滚的大妈，站在队伍里可谓奇葩。然后大家也不聊天啥的，各自闷
头光着身子带心律带，穿bib啥的，让我这个大妈不知道眼睛往哪里放才好。
开始几分钟骑到海边，大家都停下来，原来是等着devil's slide trail开门，这样我
们就不用冒着生命危险穿过一号公路的隧道山洞了。大叔小伙子们都很帅气地岔开腿坐
在top tube，上身趴在handle bar上，低声嗡嗡聊天，我不知道为啥很紧张，问身边一
个大叔说，is this a tough ride。话一出口，我就后悔了，这tm太弱智了。果然大叔
斜眼看看我说，well, it's all about perspective。言下之意就是，我说不难，但是

再次感慨一下，文豪真是无处不在呀，晕~~~~
这个Before the Devil Knows You're Dead我以前也看过，不错的片子。不过我之所以
想起来找这个电影，大部分还是因为知道里面有Marisa Tomei的激情表演 :) Tomei并
不怎么有名，以前还真不知道这个演员。但是有一次无意看了John Travolta，Tim
Allen一帮人演的Wild Hogs，一个挺不错的公路喜剧片（btw我现在特比喜欢看这种穿
越美国的公路片），其中Tomei演了一个中部小镇的bar owner。她的镜头并不多，但不
知道为什么，特别让人印象深刻。回来一查，她都40多了，还是很有风韵，厉害。在
Devil里面，身材也保持得很好 :D |
