i would like to say that we in the US have no ground to oppose the
construction of carriers by the Chinese Gov. Also they have the right
; to national defense just as much as we do. And BTW obi2012 we have 19.

与这样辛苦的采油相比，从中国一家大型国有石油企业抽出钱来倒是要容易得多。
据中国石油(10.08, 0.29, 2.96%)行业资深人士透露，基于一份2013年与印尼国有
石油公司Pertamina签订的合同，中石油集团旗下的大庆油田所属的印尼子公司为在印
尼Limau油田的三个油田区块进行增产作业支付了8,500万美元。
眼下，Limau这三个区块的产油量还不到1960年代其产油高峰期的3%。大庆油田当
初宣布这宗交易时，未透露卖方名称、价格或其他财务细节。
了解Limau油井预算数据的一位中国石油产业官员称：“我们都知道这是笔荒唐的

前些日子，看到板上好多大侠讨论了石油和油价的问题。今天事情少，俺也随便说两句
自己的理解。
很多人讨论石油，都是从美国vs俄罗斯、沙特vs美国、传统油气产业vs页岩油气产业这
样的大视角来说。我本人见识狭小，这些大局的东西俺都看不懂，俺就从俺懂的石油公
司的角度随便说说。
之前网上一个常见的观点是，这一把油价雪崩，美国各大石油公司都会受伤惨重。我对
此比较保留。在美国财阀政治的大背景下，石油公司都有强大的政治力量，如果不取得
石油财团的谅解，油价能那么莫名其妙在没有任何big event的情况下，突然就从100+
的高位崩到60以下，并且做出长期走低的姿态？我认为，大石油公司在这场油价雪崩中
必然是有收益的，因此他们才愿意支持并维持低油价一段较长的时间。问题在于大石油
公司在这场油价雪崩中，到底会有什么样的收益。

其实GLACIER已经开发的比较厉害，logan pass附近算是能看到很漂亮的。
加拿大的洛基山，去过lake ohara alpine circuit, mt robson berg lake, devon
lakes, Rockwall吗？ 你在路边能看到的，和这些差的太远。mt assiniboini,
tonquin valley都得至少两天才走的进去。
还有north cascades, 大家基本都不提，其实里面有很美的景色，在路边看不到罢了。 |

优秀人才是否可以申请青年千人计划？40岁以下的规定如何计算？是精确到日，月还是

A1:可以申请。精确到申报截止当日。
Q2:您好，如果第五批申报者现在还没有得到结果。他们是否能够申请第六次？
A2:可以先准备着。第五批结果近日公布。
Q3:从香港、台湾、澳门引进的人才是否能申报千人计划？
A3:可以。
Q4:“青年千人计划”条件2是必备条件吗？
如果不满足“青年千人计划”引进对象和条件2，是在国内取得博士学位(例如清
华大学/北京大学等国内顶级高校),现在在海外工作,但是确实取得了非常优异的科研成
