Mystery meat: scientists are investigating the roadkill we never get to see
Thank goodness for scavenger animals.
That flattened raccoon or broken reptile might just be something to drive
past for motorists, but for scavenging animals, it’s breakfast. A new study
published today in the Journal of Urban Ecology is the first to look at the

In the study, ...

Chinese hotpot restaurant's all-you-can-eat deal goes very wrong
(CNN) — An all-you-can-eat deal in a restaurant serving super spicy
food sounds like a genius marketing campaign.
But for one venue in southwestern China it turned out to be a disaster.
Ravenous customers devoured so much the venue was forced to close its doors
with thousands of dollars of debts.
Ravenous,

Governor Walker's Victory Spells Doom For Public Sector Unions
Public sector unions have reached their high water mark. Let the cleanup
begin as the red ink recedes.
Despite a last-minute smear campaign accusing Scott Walker of fathering an
illegitimate love child, the governor’s recall election victory sends a
clear message that should resonate around the nation: The fiscal cancer
devouring state budgets has a cure, and he has found it. The co...
