果最近被网管block住了。说是发现rouge dhcp server。但是这个机器是没有开启dhcp
server。现在ssh不到机器了，其他信息也不知道。不过想问问，这个有可能是什么问
题。或者需要一些什么信息，可以进一步诊断问题所在？另外，如果用iptables是不是
可以drop掉dhcp的packet？我其实试图加了一个rule在iptables里面，但是似乎不管用
。当然也许我没有设置好。
希望高手给点意见，指导一下。我现在一头雾水，都不知道可以做什么，从何入手。
另外，曾经检查过是不是有dhcp server，用 ps aux | grep dhcp*
没有发现dhcp在运行。 |

client 在被dhcp 分配地址的时候，dns永远被自动指定为：192.168.1.1 (就是路由器
本身)
如果我在LAN上有另外一台server(比如：192.168.1.2)用作DNS,
我怎样设定，才能让tomato dhcp时，让所有client 的dns都指定成192.168.1.2呢？
也就是说，client通过DHCP得到的IP设定是这样的：
IP: 192.168.1.xxx
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS: 192.168.1.2 |

iphone好的。用static 好的。用dhcp,就给我一个169的地址，router的log发现有dhcp traffic从ipad来，也给分配了地址，但是ipad就是不用。
怎么办？

only, no home LAN. My linux and win2000 boxes all work fine without a single
problem. But my laptop with winxp (home edition) doesn't. Two network adapters
on laptop, LAN and WLAN. What happens is whenever I start the automatically
obtained IP and gateway are automatic private IP addr, 169.xx.xx.xx. I then
disabled APIP by editing the registry keys, to prevent it from competing with

Dnsmasq Custom configuration添加这个命令：

我的笔记本有时需要用cable连到router上才可以获得
IP地址。但是有的机器关机的时候就可以很快连上。

in your home network---- the PC+Solaris,
for a router, it just do "IP masquerading" or NAT,
I doubt it has ability to do DHCP,
so you can set up DHCP on solaris, then each machine gets a
local IP automatically,
well, I suggest that you check the IP on PC, it must be a real
internet IP now, not a local IP, because you connect it directly
to modem, time-warner only allows one ip for each modem unless you pay
more.

I think the problem is that your desktop obtained an IPlease
from ISP, and MACaddress of the NIC is saved in the IP allocation table.
you will have to power of the modem for about 20sec till 1 minute
then power it on again then the modem may try to get a new IP lease
from the DHCP server. give it try and good luck. |
