主要原因还是污染。中国人本身的饮食实际上也是原因之一(比如腊肉熏肠腌制品）。
土工地方政府，为了GDP和地方收入，对水土壤和空气等资源的破坏和污染基本上是放
任的。地市县的高能耗高污染企业在治污和保护环境上基本为零。当水土和空气这些都
有毒时，癌症发病不高就怪了。
现在tg有钱了，应该在这方面治理治理了，否则子孙后代要骂我们了。

癌症（恶性肿瘤）好像和呼吸系统疾病不是在一个分类标准下的。呼吸系统的癌症（像
肺癌，这可是癌症中发病率非常高的一类）是归在癌症里还是呼吸系统疾病。如果两类
都算，那只能得出非呼吸系统的癌症高于呼吸系统非癌症的疾病。
我觉得呼吸系统疾病应该和心血管系统，泌尿系统，神经系统等疾病在一起比较。而癌
症似乎应该和病毒性疾病，病菌性疾病等比较。是否可以这样理解，由于医学的发展，
病毒和病菌性疾病或得了比较好的控制和治疗，所以癌症就成为了主要的死因了。

改开后取消公社，合作医疗制度坍塌，长达30年时间里，农民吃药看病全靠自掏腰包，
小病靠拖，大病等死，因病致贫数以千万计。
此外，赤脚医生除了看病开药，还承担防疫工作。改开后一个很大的失误就是，重医疗
，轻防疫。
所以2003年“非典”疫情之后，中国的公共卫生体系的问题就暴露出来了。
当时就有文章把中国处理“非典”危机的情形和前苏联应对“切尔诺贝利事故”的摸索
相提并论（“Diagnosing SARS in China”，2003）。“中国的公共卫生系统处于崩溃
边缘。卫生条件极差，医院没有能力处理基本的感染控制”（“Opinion: The Cost of
SARS”，2003）。 |
