countries and many developing countries, you are not likely to get diarrhia
and other enterobacterial infections from drinking tap water directly.
Therefore it is "safe".
However, the water treatment procedure, requirement, does not do anyting to

何况你和原文里"专家"们最care的阴离子和有机小分子, 似乎过滤是最没有效果的.
anyway, 最差的choice是"纯净水".
养娃的时候, 医生都不让用bottle water给娃冲奶粉, 建议用tap water最好.
