我们来看"cast"这个词，这个词是google今天刚推出的用电视看视频的小设备，叫
chromecast，刚一出来amazon上就被预定一空。
这个玩意的大概意思就是你在手机或者tablet上找到的视频，比如youtube或者netflix
，想在电视上放，那你只要一点cast那个按钮，就自动传到电视上开始播放了。
那么这里的cast是什么意思呢？如果你不太清楚，去查金山词霸或者有道词典，首先映
入眼帘的是这几条解释：

那是太搞笑。
大陆以前主要是进口加工好的晶圆做packaging的说法并没错。

开包装进行切割？那玩意你当是电匣子？把壳拆开再装回去？芯片生产最大的忌讳就是
粉尘。包装，拆包装时会产生多少粉尘颗粒？你切割，再清洗，在封装那成本要高
YIELD要低！还不如说打磨更靠普，瞎话都不会编。

（1）目前市场上Tableau Developer的Senior职位实在太好找了，我这次三个礼拜的找
工作时间共拿到五个offer，还有一个正准备发offer。
（2）只要你真正有了实际工作经验，做过大量Project，而且平时在工作遇到的问题是
通过深入研究而解决的，印象深刻，那面试实在是一试一个准。我这次一共只面试了七
家公司，就拿到六个offer。进行Tableau技术面试的人几乎都提不出什么可以难倒我的

Dear Parking Ticket Geek,
I received a ticket in a spot in Lincoln Park that I have parked in at least
30 times with no problem. It is on the end of a block, near a crosswalk,
without a sign restricting parking.
But the ticket says it’s for "Parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk."
If this is really true, it would eliminate thousands of spots that
Chicagoans use every day. Think I can beat it?

脸书华人程序员的悲剧事件把一部分争论引到了 H-1B 签证上面。
这两年来， 这套为了弥补美国本土工种的不足而制定的签证系统一直是美国自由派媒
体乐于提及的话题，大西洋月刊甚至直白地把这种让雇主决定员工身份存留的单向选择
机制称之为 “当代奴隶制”。
虽然表面有高薪酬和高福利作为掩饰，湾区的高物价和程序员的充分供给已经在一定程
度上造成了实质待遇的下降和竞争压力的增加。美国住房与城市发展部的调查报告显示
，湾区家庭的需要做到年收入 11.7 万美元才能超过实际意义上的低收入水平线，加州
整体的低收入水平线则为五万美元左右。
尤其是那些人到中年的程序员们，高物价和高福利呈现出来的矛盾，加上子女家庭责任
的担子，恐怕这群穿着格子衫的白领所面对压力并不比美国工厂里的玻璃厂工人来得小。
而对于那些尚在熬绿卡的移民员工来说，这种压力不仅更大，还附带着不平等的内涵。
雇主与 H-1B 签证员工两者之间不成比例的权力分配让后者只能沉默面对工作压力和待
