74年-80年 牛市 100-->800，涨了8倍
80年到2001年 熊市 800-->200,中间在500-300之间震荡了10年
2001年到2012年 牛市 200-->1900,大约10倍，
2012年--2022年 熊市 估计会跌到800，还可能在1500-1000之间震荡几年。
至于现在就开始猜底抄底的，可以直接无视了。
还有一个终极预测
2025年以后的一百年都是牛市，因为开采完了。
以后价格都按克算，数值和上面差不多 |

每个动作 20 * 3 .
第一个动作找个同伴给你送篮球, 在最低处左右扭腰,并把篮球抛起来.
第二三个动作需要哪个40磅左右的负重.
我的体会是做了这个饭量大增啊!
小腿:
三组, 动作做完整.
大腿需要深蹲.
平时跑步做conditioning的时候需要负重跑, dicker 有卖手和脚的沙袋.
还有负重的原地收腿跳跃 30个一组, 做4组.
基本上传球射门的力量,跑动,转身应该没有问题.
基本功的话去学那套 <学踢足球>, 球感会循序上来.
平时在办公室要练习脚踝变相, 跟芭蕾舞那个一样, 顺反时针,指定角度.
千万别踢小场,视野会更小,大场为主. |
