不是很了解。糖尿病和维生素D有一定的关系，但是吃维生素D对于糖尿病没有直接的疗
效。I型糖尿病大多是遗传造成。
维生素D与骨质疏松，佝偻病，癌症（乳腺癌，大肠癌等），免疫性疾病，以及精神疾
病有关，人体维生素D主要靠皮肤经过太阳紫外线照射形成。现代社会大部分人晒太阳
的机会不多，因此普遍缺乏维生素D.因此补充维生素D十分必要。
人体维生素D的诊断主要是检测血液里的25(OH)vitamin D (包括D3和D2). 人体里的
vitamin D先是在皮肤表面形成，然后通过血液经过肝脏转化成25(OH）vitamin D, 再
经过肾脏进一步转化成1，25（Dihydroxy) Vitamin D.
人体里的维生素D主要是vitamin D3, 而D2则很少。因此补充vitamin D3就可以。
除非有肾脏方面的问题，一般是不用补充1,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D的。而且这药可能
是处方药，非常贵。
