it's probably an ugly contract even worse than 2D! I agree that maybe
you can make only 7 tricks not 8 in dimonds, but you never get a chance

or Club King. However, before getting to that point, is it
the right time to defend passively? i.e. exit with a trump

Against Strong opps, I open 1NT, opps remain silence,
pd transfers to hearts and rebids 3NT, which is the
final contract.
West started with the Dimond Q, on which I covered with
Ace and East followed the suit with 4. Since I 'd like
to gather some distribution information first, I played
off 4 round spades. It turned out that east had 98 doubleton
and dicarded club 2 and heart 3, in that order. Not much help
so far.

After 2 passes, I have to open another 15 point strong NT,
quickly we are in 4H after my pd's stayman.
West thought a while, finally put dimond 4 (3/5 lead) on
the table. I win the Ace and East followed the 5.
West could have the missing diamond 3, If I could ruff 2 diamonds,
plus both minors' AK and normally 2 trumps, still need to develop
a spade. Dummy may be short |

To bid or not to bid here is a matter of total tricks. Since pd
didn't raise your clubs, his two suiters are probably Hearts and Dimonds. It's
reasonable to assuem opps have 9 spades and your side
has 8 or 9 diamonds. That gives a total tricks 17 or 18.
Suppose they can make 4S, that means 5DX can take 7 or 8 tricks in
your side. off 3 is not bad, but off 4 is no good at all.
Which way you should go? Because the misfit in sidesuit(hearts) and
you have only 3 trumps, you should make a neg |

页〉，上面有南加各个球场的介绍，电话和价格。个人比较喜欢的球场是ARCADIA
的SANTA ANITA 球场，是去年LA
COUNTY排名第一的公共球场，价格很便宜，带车也就34-36， TWILIGHT 更便宜。但是TEE
TIME很紧张，要提前6-7天约。MONTEREY PARK南面的MONTEBELLO
球场也还行，巨长，7000多YARD，人少，但是比较贵，TWILIGHT 带车也要35多。你要是
愿意再往东开15-20MILE，球场更多，MONTAIN MEADOW， DIMOND BAR，都是价廉物美的好
球场。真怀念啊，在LA的日子。 |

After I shove, as I expected, HJ seat immediately all-in, we had a $1000+

I was expecting to see at least one of them had set. But HJ showing 8 9 of
dimonds for up down straight draw, Btn showed AAs, he slowpplayed it now

reg calls that hand(even though a questionable call). He has a plan for the
river card. If a dimond showed up, he can bluff me off. If a club showed up,
he can get paid. So his odds were good. Does this make sense to you guys? |

周末 Foxwoods 给了一个房间, 所以就去了玩了两天。头一天玩了几个小时 2/5，没什
么大 pot ，比较 standard, 用什么牌赢的都忘了，结果 up 600- 走人。
晚上吃完 buffet，想去 poker room 再玩会儿时间，赢钱了就怕把钱输回去，就打 1/
2 算了，1/2 的人水平比较次，波动也比较小，赢不了大钱也不会输大钱。
一路上碰到几个白妞，穿着曝露，一看就是去开 party。看到赌场里白妞去开 party
的时候大把，不过要么脸长的像猪，要么身材像猪。今天看到的几个倒是要身材有身材
，要脸蛋有脸蛋。旁边男的却都是老黑。哥咽下口水，f**k, 这辈子泡漂亮白妞就算了
，哥是只能拿好人卡，当好男人了。等哥下辈子投胎当风流男，要当瓜瓜，宗瑞，冠希
，要泡好多好多妞，白妞，亚妞，棕妞，好多好多好多好多。。。

in, there were some birkins. Probably NOT on the shelf (usually there was

but they DEFINITELY had them in the back (stock room)
Everytime my LD asked, the SA would produce her some birkins from the stock

VEGAS９日元气大伤。跟LD父母去一起，基本在赶路走亲戚，除了各家的点心，没吃到
什么FANCY的东西，除了到此一游，也没拍个所以然。。。
昨晚又被派去拍中西部的FASHION WEEK。。。
赶到时离开场还有１个半钟，已经有其他媒体和摄影师在等了，抢到了算OK的位置，接
着陆陆续续来个很多摄影师和设计师拿的清一色的红裤头，很自觉的找到自己的位置候
场。旁边一个不起眼的老头跟我打招呼，聊了才知道他居然是LOCAL很有名的珠宝商，
真低调啊。。。等下加他FB，也算有个FRIEND IN DIMOND BUSINESS了。
询问灯光状况后决定不用闪光，M ISO 2500 F4 SHUTTER 250拍全场，一小时捏了800多
张。。。真正工作不用GRIP真是不行，全竖拍，到２／３ 时右手已经不听使唤，全靠
左手抬着机子。有些摄影师用闪灯，导致近的大头照全部爆掉。。。
