groups had to be euthanized due to kidney Wilm’s tumors that were over 25%
of body weight. This was at approximately a year before the first control
animal died. The first female death occurred in the 22% GM maize feeding
group and resulted from a mammary fibroadenoma 246 days before the first
control. The maximum difference in males was 5 times more deaths occurring

发帖数: 114 | 10 NaH应该是不可以吧。很经典的用NaH/silyl chloride对diol进行单保护。形成mono-
alkoxide,不溶于有机溶剂，然后可以进行单保护。由于溶解性问题，应该比较难形成
bis-alkoxide。如果你是进行双保护的话，你可以在形成但保护之后，再加入>1eq的
base就可以了。 |

想分析Acesulfame potassium, saccharin, cyclamate
但已经试过用C18的column RPLC 调过gradient ,ion-pair都分不太开
想要试试看新型的HILIC COLUMN
但是stationary phase琳琅满目不知道哪个效果较好
有看到Luna Diol, ZIC-HILIC, TSK-Amide 80等等...
不知道版友们有什么推荐的HILIC COLUMN可供使用?

简单说来，看f是几，就看反应之后与(除H/X等元素)新形成几个键，而与聚合机理等无
关，这种判断方法具有普适性！
比如，MMA/St们是通过双键中的pi-键打开，最终形成2个单键，所以f=2； diol/
diamine/diacid等，也是通过缩合释放出小分子而最终形成2个单键，所以f=2；2,6-
dimethyl phenol，通过活泼H氧化形成双自由基、然后双自由基互相头尾偶合也形成2
个单键，所以f=2。
环氧乙烷们的单键打开，最终形成2个单键，f=2；环己烯等，通过WCl5等催化的ROMP，
双键打开，形成2个双键（而非四个单键），所以其f=2。
某些单体在某些情况下，比如对氯甲基苯乙烯在阳离子或者ATRP中，因为双键打开后可
形成2个单键，而对氯甲基作为引发剂也可以形成一个键，所以f=3；
butadiene等，就算有2个双键，不论1,2还是1,4加成，都新形成了2个键，所以f=2；但
是divinylbenzene、di(meth)acrylate等，两个双键都参与反应，新形成4个单键，所
有f=4。
如果如何涉及到与H/X等元素成键，则打个5折，呵呵， |

题，感觉你的分子量太小。具体不好评价，不知道你具体做的。 |
