to dioxane is toxic to the liver and kidney. Exposure to concentrations of
300 ppm for 15 minutes caused transient eye, nose and throat irritation [
Hathaway et al. 1991]. At 1,600 ppm, subjects reported burning of the eyes,
and tearing after 10 minutes. Five workers died after an exposure to dioxane
described as "heavy"; signs and symptoms included stomach pain, vomiting,

污染：
一半废水进入地下水；地上浓缩的废水敞口蒸发；大量天然气和其他有毒气体直接泄进大气。
自来水泛黄、发黑、冒泡
地下水能点着火。溪流冒泡，插个管子能当炉子使
动物掉毛，鸟类、兔子、鱼类死亡
附近住户哮喘、癌变、周身疼痛、神经症状诸如丧失嗅觉和部分味觉，身体不能移动
官方态度：1. 水质测量没发现问题。2. 能源危机背景下，要有所取舍，顾全大局，退一步进两步。
审查：cheney在任上给这项技术立法大开绿灯，使其对任何环保法案免疫，同时不需要公开使用的化学成分。EPA更是连审查都管不着。直到2010年6月hydraulic fracturing使用的化学成分才公开，其中相当多的都是致癌物，绝育变异，不一而足。
最妙的是，绝大部分p民在认识到这项技术的危险性之前，都被开采公司拿钱买断，签了保密/免责协定。谁公开说这事儿，谁就法庭上见。

的触觉，洗完头发质好像变得更好了！SLS受诟病的原因则是因为其致癌性，及过强的
清洁力可能对干性发质很不好。SodiumLaurethSulfate（简称SLES）与
SodiumLaurylSulfate（简称SLS）都属于表面活性剂。SLS和SLES的产品含有低量的4-
dioxane（我不知道这是啥）。致癌性没有高到定义为“致癌物”的标准，但是的确会
引起细胞突变，在动物实验上显示增加患癌症可能。SLES的危险评级似乎比SLS还要高
。在加拿大的Environmental Canada Domestic Substance List里明确列为了可能致癌
物。但刺激性较SLS弱一些。其实如果是微量成份不可怕，但一般洗发水里SLS和SLES基
本上都是其最主要成份，请查看你Shampoo的成份，最前面的是否是SLS,SLES。 |

The solvents need to be exquisitely dry in order to get a good yield.
You can buy those anhydrous solvents (pyridine, dioxane, tributylamine and
DMF) and dry them over newly activated molecular sieves.
An alternative way is to redistill the solvents freshly before reaction.
The phosphorylation reagents should be made under argon protection and
stored under 4 degree C (salicyl phosphorochlorodite), and -20 degree C (

copper-ligand complex out of the column. Try neutral Alumina column,
evaporate the isopropanol, redissolve into THF or dioxane or less polar
solvent. pass the column again. |
