续医生学习，没过的可以第二年再试一次（还是所有人里面10%的机会），还没过这辈
子就跟医生拜拜了。大部分都是第二次才过的，少数一次能过。因为机会难得还有办模
拟班的，相当于先学一年再进入医学院去开始计时。
过了之后要9年才能拿到doctor diploma，包括理论和住院等等。中间是没有文凭的。
这是general的医生。要想做specialist（胸肺眼科之类）还要再加两年。
你可以看一下最后一个最长的是医生，前面比它年限短的doctorat是PhD。是从高中毕
业（baccalaureat）开始算的。 |

honor award is something like a bronze star, silver star, distinguished
service cross, etc.
