但实际上,很多银行对于你自己从别的银行转帐过来的交易(一般称为ACH),也会认作是
DIRECT DEPOSIT.
例如CHASE会(我不能100%保证,只是版上的情况)将ING DIRECT,PAYPAL或者其它一些银
行的ACH当作DIRECT DEPOSIT. |

四月12日寄出税表(paper return)，五月初的时候在IRS的where's my refund查询时，
系统显示将在5月6日direct deposit，结果7号的时候查询账户发现退税没到，于是把
税表的复印件拿出来，发现账号有一位数字写错了。上网google了一下，貌似有些人有
很惨痛的经历，就是退税因为账号写错了直接打到了别人的账户上，然后花了很大功夫

. 还让我把电和气的账单给他们瞅瞅。
我目前用的是pepco和washington gas, 这两人说如果我选择direct energy的电和
gateway energy的气，会比现在的rate低，还是通过pepco和washington gas付bill.
现在pepco 的standard offer service electricity是9.41 cents/kwh, direct
energy号称是8.19
washington gas的purchased gas charge(PGC)经常变，每个月不一样，以前有时候挺
高，但是目前是$0.4823 per therm. Gateway 说是给一个fixed rate $0.599 per
therm. 当时那人告诉我说我的gas rate 会保持0.4823，不会超过$0.599,后来觉得他
是瞎扯，他又不知道别家的rate, 都fixed了还怎么变。

听说boa在建行atm提款免手续费，而capital one在海外刷卡免手续费。
根据我的“常识”，boa这个说的是checking account, 而capital one这个说的是信用
卡，对不对呢？
第二个问题，我现在所有的checking, saving, credit card 都是citi的，direct
depost也是到citi (为了免每个月的管理
费)。如果要办boa或capital one的卡，没有direct deposit （毕竟我的收入只能
direct deposit到一个地方，对吧？），
那么不是每个月都要交管理费吗？好像算起来如果只是为了一年回一两次国花钱方便，
并不值得。
不知道有没有什么地方我理解错了。求教！
