我懒得和保险公司扯皮再改w2了，想问问在税表上能否哪里能填作为deduction?我估计
在itemized deduction里，但是吃不准哪里。

司发pay check，但当时并不像通常salary那个扣税。现在发现W2上把产假期间的收入

这个short term disability相当于payroll里的 third party sick pay, 收到的
benefit amount每月会由state给employer一封信通知，明确标示了什么哪些数字应该
放在w2的哪个box，一般影响到的是w2 box 3,4,5,6和box 12，employer应该每个
quater报表的时候报给联邦。年底的时候， state会给一个总表给employer。
所以你需要做的，第一，检查一下你收到的w2是否已经包含了这些收入。
第二，如果没有的话，需要联系employer做更改，要求issue新的w2，employer那边要
做940,941年度季度报表的修正表，需要报给IRS，同时支付empoyer方面应补缴的Tax。 |

benefit. 是不是说不管怎么样, 哪怕再迟点申请, 也是必须要先loss money 7 days,
我才能拿到政府补给的钱. 是这样么?我可以避开这个损失么? 比如用7天的pto...还是
就死心算了.
还有就是disability insurance通常cover预产期前4周,生之后6周,那应该什么时候申
请比较好,我看申请表格上要填when return to work, 那是不是我一定要等生完以后才
可以申请,不然我没法知道我什么时候会return to work.

delivery date, or the day after delivery date?
For example, assume delivery is 5/14, does the first week coverage start on
5/14 (covering 5/14 -5/20) or on 5/15 (covering 5/15 -5/21)?

transferred to my account. I sent email to ftp support and haven't heard
from them yet.
Today I withdrew another $650 from my account and this time the bank
transfer option is completely disabled.
The wire transfer is too expensive and I have only left using check withdraw
which requires me to send email to support asking for enabling that option
and I am not even sure they will honor the check.

所以现在暂时把 premium wire transfer 给 disable。
现在我 bank transfer 和 premium wire transfer 全给关了。不能提钱。尽管我已经
无钱可提。
我 login 到另一个账户上去，就没有同样的信息出现。
估计我的那些已经 pending 的 withdraw 也悬。反正如果 ftp 不收取我的 deposit
的话，损失的就是我的 profit, 也就几百块钱。
不知道是怎么回事，经常上 2+2 的，有没有小道消息？是不是因为打去年 12 月起，
FTP 就从来没从银行提过我 deposit 有关？ |
