先这个人被逮捕是并不是open carry，警察说他被逮捕的时候说他是
resisting arrest。戴手铐本身ms并不意味着被逮捕。
其次，警察的工作之一就是查查这个人是否真的可以合法的open carry。
如果这个人有前科，无论这个州是否允许合法open carry，他已经是
在违法，警察完全可以逮捕他。在警察不知道这个人是否有前科的前提下，
先上手铐再disarm（还没有没收）是完全合乎情理的。
如果他觉得自己的合法权利被侵犯完全可以先采取合作的态度然后再找律
师告警察，完全没有必要being difficult。

可能你们已经收到过被forward无数次的email，不过俺刚看到，觉得歹徒很有头脑。
歹徒作案步骤：
1）到大型比赛，音乐会停车场寻找做案目标。
2）找大车（suv,mini-van)，有gps的下手（全家出动的可能性大，而且全家出动看球赛，听音乐会的应该是中上等家庭居多）。
3）得手后（参见好莱坞电影看如何得手:-),如果车发动不了，拿走所有遥控器和GPS即可）
4）按GPS Go Home
5）用车内的车库门遥控器进屋 (如果家里有防盗系统，遥控器disarm之）
6）赶在比赛，音乐会结束前把屋子里扫荡完毕 |

pumpkins吧。应该算是个擦边球 - 97年,乐队的巡演键盘手Jonathan Melvoin嗑药而死
，鼓手Jimmy也吸毒过量失去意识，乐队因此而不得不把Jimmy暂时"开除"。从那以之后

效，比如任何被确定为使用枪支的犯罪，不管是抢劫，强奸，贩毒，杀人等等，都应该
立刻死刑，斩立决，效果或许会更好，至少会大大减少那些被捉多次又被放出来的。毕
