We should be used to this kind of display by now but I found myself watching in complete disbelief at what those players were doing out there. Djokovic coming back from the dead and crushing winners and Nadal pounding every ball back into court from 5m behind the baseline deep into the 5th set. lolita也没有把道德完全抛开,男的还是很受道德的折磨,越折磨越被吸引,越要去追
求他不该追求的东西。所以我说我喜欢的是这种tension, 不是只纯粹写爱情。不过估
计我跟你就是措辞不同,看的角度有点差异,基本观点一样。
读者看到的是爱情还是道德,这和小说写的好坏有关吧,好的小说让人忘记道德,就是
coleridge的名言suspension of disbelief,你在现实中不相信或者很讨厌的事,小说
能让你同情、理解甚至共鸣。一方面文学让你变得更有同情心,更broad-minded,让你
知道丑恶的东西也有美的一面;另一方面文学也很受道德家的指摘,说是诲淫诲盗。另
外当然也和读者自己的道德感有关,道德感强的人,像loca疯鱼傻驴那样的,一看就看
到小三啊性恶啊,那就没法再欣赏下去了。不过道德感很强的人,往往自我压抑得很厉
害,哈哈,loca你要小心啊,要多看一点非道德的小说电影来释放自己……哈哈。

有意思。我也觉得book trailer对我吸引力不会很大,我只要看abstract就行,写得好
的abstract不比movie trailer的效果差。
“判断力和逻辑思维能力就自动向下调整”,这个说得很好玩,想起coleridge的文学
理论suspension of disbelief,就是读文学的时候会把道德啊现实啊种种价值判断搁
置脑后,自愿去相信文学虚构出来的种种,跟你说的一样。

也不一定是叶公好龙,就是放在电影或文学的审美对象里,你就会暂时搁置道德判断,
只去欣赏发现里面的美。这是coleridge的suspension of disbelief的文学理论,就是
你平时不相信不赞成的东西,读文学的时候就suspend、搁置起来不管了。所以常说文
学不道德,或者美和善不能并存,一定程度上没错。

息怒啊……我说他擅写人性,是去ruralchina版看了他的一些帖子,很多是关于人性的
东西。这篇文章有夸有骂,夸的人肯定不是夸它乱伦乱性啊……在我看来他借这种设定
逼出两个人的矛盾,逼出美好的破灭、报复心理的战胜,这是我喜欢看的地方。有种文
学评论的说法叫suspension of disbelief,大致是说艺术作品有时能让你忘记(或者
说悬置)常理、逻辑、道德等等日常的东西,进入作品自创的世界。这个帖子对我做到
了这点,对你没做到,那是各人角度有别;但不能因此把你批评它的角度当作我欣赏它
的角度啊……

倒没有觉得你那篇说了很多坏话。有些说的没错啊。 关于那个爱显摆的教授,他本来
就应该是这个presumptuous 的形象 . 至于男主,我个人对这个演员的选择保留意见。
可能因为看了Owen 同学太多没啥意义的喜剧,觉得这人搁这儿有点怪。总觉得他和这
种有点层次含义的片子不很搭调。 不过,反正我也想不出更好的人选。是有点白痴吧
。不过,这也没啥嘛。本来影片也没想要把他刻画成一个完美的艺术家?一般喜剧片里
的,都是些白痴的角色。古古怪怪,比一个完全reasonable 的character, 要有趣一点
。喜剧不就追求个有趣么。
最后的结尾,我觉得说教还好… 电影结尾总归是要有点意思的。好像有提到一些“要
不要追求完美”的话题。我能理解到的message, 大概是, The present is not
perfect, but it can be beautiful. Being nostalgic is okay, but an illusion
is an illusion. 之类的 。

看过一些讨论后,忽然觉得科幻和童话的界限有点模糊 - 花仙子,七龙珠算不算科幻
?小孩儿对这些动画片里的"高科技"很是向往呢 :D
言归正转 (warning: 轻微剧透)
1. 看过的第一本科幻书一定是凡尔纳的某一本,如果丁丁系列可以纳入科幻的话那就
更早。对凡氏的想象力很佩服。还有很小的时候看到达芬奇的一些很详尽的机械和人体
解剖图惊叹不已。现在想想他的很多想法是远先于他那个时代的,我觉得其实可以列入
scifi 经典。
2. 所有genre里我看过最多遍的电影是异形。这个系列1-5都是反复温习过,就连最老
的第一部也不落下。和现在的科幻片比起来,第一部的情节进展之缓慢,特效之原始几
乎不能忍受。但是这么多年总是喜欢拿出来重温,里面很多经典镜头就不一一缀述。总
结这系列的魅力,一是经典的对外星生命的想象,二是前面有人说过最震撼最让人回味
的不是技术上的瞎掰和特效,而是影片通过在特殊的context里对人性的刻画。最后一
部也稍有对AI本质的疑问,对人类的狭隘和偏见的讽刺,甚至还有对母性亲情非常细腻
的刻画,演员演的很到位。Ripley 大义灭亲那一刻流下的眼泪至今再看都很震撼。

我的标题其实就是个问题嘛。如果我那么肯定,我就直接说 “据我所知,完全是胡扯
”了。
个人意见也可以啊;但是表达个人意见的时候穿插某些话,就让人感觉有人觉得自己
是比较专业的意见,也希望别人能take it as somewhat professional input, 让我非
常难以信服。There is no grudge; there's just strong disbelief, and I'm
unconvinced.

这个酒店,事先的设计、打地基、预制件生产肯定不止6天。贴视频也是个标题党,“
第一天”明显是两天,从开始工作到天黑,一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
,和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时,说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼,那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少,所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人,所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪,却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说,中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好,每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。
