的规则
现在是自己付钱邮寄 你也可以让他们用同样的方式 最终要在你帐户划走邮费。他们
还可能比你自己便宜垫 所以建议用他们的。
DISH不负责非标准安装的费用。 你这就是CUSTOMER 安装。 当然费用要自己出了。
要不谁家水泥和金属管子或者木头免费呀。 还有阳台支架什么的。
如果你打给DISH官网上的电话 MAYBE 他们通常不会说隐含费用。 通常我的客人比
别人省 100左右。 如果他们打给你的 那多是CALL CENTER的人 雇人打黄页 然后把

发帖数: 880 | 14 以前用的dish washer是那种比较老式一点的，就是白色的那种，外壳好像是塑料的，
但是比较好用，用了好几年没有清洗里面也不会有味道。但是搬家以后这个房子装的是
稍微新式一点的，外壳是金属的，牌子是bosch，但是总是洗不干净，好像力度不够，
每次还都洗很久很久，声音倒是比以前小了，但是隔几天里面就很脏，而且还会有臭味
，每次擦洗dish washer里面都很费劲，而且也擦不干净。
想换一个dish washer，但是市面上肯定没有那种老的了，新的话不知道哪种能洗的比
较干净？这个装上去万一不好用再换就麻烦了，所以想调查清楚再装。

同。唯一的一次签字是在设备安装完了之后，让我在安装人员携带的电子设备上签字，
好像是证明收到设备安装服务，不记得有任何的合同条款。
上个月，我们为了看更多的台，升级了服务。可是，收到的账单上竟然让我们交双份的
钱！！！！其中包括升级之前的月费和升级之后的月费。今天打电话和DISH交涉未果，
拟取消服务。客服威胁我们说，如果取消服务，要交300快的罚金，说是有两年的合同
。我从没签过任何的合同。
大家有没有经历过这种情况，请问如何处理？我是打算取消DISH的服务，咽不下这口气
！如果寄来罚金的账单，找小额法庭去解决。不知道他们会不会受理，需要准备哪些材

大家需要gift card, 呵呵, 俺这里还是有的, 可以跟俺联系, 这样俺也可以得点

安装中文电视还要注意的就是satellite的问题, America top 60和international
package是不在一个satellite上面的, 具体可以看俺网站的连接, lyngsat有所有
卫星的介绍, 如果你打算安装中文电视, 那么你需要两个satellite, 但是安装的
时候可不能直接这么讲, 如果这么说的话Dish Network会为第二个卫星charge你99$,
这里面有一个trick, 因为一般local package和international package使用的是
一个卫星 (这一点在DC, NY, Boston区域都得到了确认), 安装的时候你可以选择
America top 60 + local package, 这样你就可以得到两个免费的卫星, 装好以后
再给Dish Networ |

activate the USB port on my VIP722 for free... He told me that starting
today (2/1), the USB activation will be FREE of charge (previously one time
$40 fee). I called back this morning and the service rep activated the port

Dish我当然知道，但是那些Dish是看电视的，广播方式，所有用户收到的数据都相同，
前向纠错，没有反向数据通道。
但是要是做internet的话，这种模式显然是不行的。首先要解决上行数据的问题，家里
就必须安装能上传信号的卫星发射器，这个用那么小的天线几瓦的发射功率显然是不够
的。而且要解决所有用户共享下行通道的问题，全美只要有1万个人subscribe这种卫星
internet，就慢得像蜗牛一样了。。。 |

dishnetwork
dish has to go on the roof. I am not sure the reason. Maybe because of the
angle
of the GeoSyn satellite.
Quality-wise, I don't see any weather affecting the dishnetwork's receiption
in two years. Well, may be once during a heavy snowstorm but gained back
signal in about half an hour.
I think dishnetwork's customer service is lousy. Not sure about directTV |
