首先做一些声明，这是一个学生准备告学校的案子，内容比较长，半公开，希望各位手

我是第一代留学生，和很多人有共同背景，多年前拿了全额奖学金，拖着两个皮箱，怀
揣着一个梦想来到美国读PhD。导师是美国白人，人很不错，学术上虽不是大牛，但是
很solid，对学生很好。经过数年苦读，我发了一些还算不错的论文，答辩完毕准备毕
业，工作offer也已经到手。然而天有不测风云，学校Graduate Office通知我说毕业论
文有问题，需要面见Dean。第一次和Dean见面，他指责我论文剽窃，他们要继续调查。
在大约一周后我再次被通知去见Dean，这次他召集了学校另外两个负责人，还把我的导

先是negotiation 超级困难，只降1000刀，但因为买房子买的frustrated，这个房子的
位置，户型等等比较合意，最重要我rental到期着急搬走，就还是同意以比zillow 高
的价格买了，尽管strong curry smell。然后交escrow money的时候在vacation，想着
手机上发过去就行了，结果发现手机不能wire money，手机上银行网站也没有这个选项
。因为当时没有电脑，附近也没有银行，就协商说晚一天。我承认这个是我考虑欠缺，
完全没想到手机不能wire。wire money之后马上通知他们， 还是各种催，因为是当天

至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚
姻不能限制，但乱伦能够限制。

recruiter沟通,下午等体检什么都通过了,recruiter告诉我呆会不管什么职位都接受,
等bootcamp后拿到公民就申请军官换工作.在等待签合同过程中,很巧一个朋友给了我一
个海军的哥们电话,那海军哥们说:兄弟可不能听他忽悠,你随便什么职位一接受,经常要
出海,你就没法照顾老婆孩子了,你老婆不会做家务,家里谁照顾，那不麻烦了么.而且服
役期间很难申请军官,通常是Enlist退役后再申请比较容易.你一定要坚持ps的职位,可
以不用出海,我赶紧和recruiter沟通,我说大哥你不带这么欺负人的,尽忽悠我一老实农
民,......recruiter一听,想了想说不管怎样,到时候随便什么职位先签合同,以后在
ship out之前会帮我调整到ps的职位。如果今天不签合同，给我档案上留给dishonest
discharge。一般新公司都会做background check，让我以后任何工作都不好找。我想
想就同意了。不过没想到面试官没空，所以今天没签成，要明天一早重新面试签合同。

我没想到复旦会出这样的事情,没想到我会是受害者。
几星期前，我据掉了VT, 为的是等UVa。很快，我如愿拿到UVa,但是根本没有料到几天后
UVa收回了那个offer,理由是说我dishonest. 有人注册了一个和我申请用信箱极其类似
的信箱,假冒我的署名,发信过去……
一直幼稚的以为,这里有那么多那么多可爱的朋友,GAers是相亲相爱的一家, 但是真的没
有料到会发生这样子的事情. 我真诚的交朋友, 在申请出国的一路上,你需要帮助的时候
,我都毫无保留,换来的却是这样的事实.
我不知道你申请s******[email protected],并署名Sydney去询问我申请情况的动机是什么,但是
那封说我dishonest并收回我offer的信,也同样转抄给了你.看在我将申请状况毫无保留
的告诉你的份上,如果你有一点良知也应该发信去说明情况.但是你没有.想到这里,我在
