加热水的功能就坏了. bestbuy让我们直接找haier联系,幸好haier在我所在地有一
个维修部,当时是七月中旬,维修部的人说现在没有零件,等有零件再过来取走dish-
washer进行维修. 因为dishwasher还勉强可以使用,我们也就同意了.等到了8月底,
维修部的人说可以送去修了,说大约2-3周,可是两周过去了,我们打电话过去询问
进度的时候,他们说需要某些零件,还要去haier那里order,大概还需要两周,再过了
两周之后,我们再打电话过去,他们说这个零件美国的haier已经没有货了,要在中国
生产之后再运到美国,再寄到维修部来修,到底需要再等多久他们不知道,要我们直接
和haier在美国的公司联系.
我们就再给haier的美国公司打电话,接电话的lady态度非常恶劣,我们提出,既然根本
不能给一个修好的deadline,能不能先给一台dishwasher我们暂时用着,这个要求被
拒绝,退货的要求也被拒绝了.她说他们会和haier联系,要我们接着等.

哪个费钱的问题。dishwasher一次没多少水，gas electricity
差不了一分两分。
问题是一般dishwasher每个cycle step按时间的，冷水进来还
没热时间到了放掉了。。。所以不容易洗干净。 |

再加range和dishwasher，我想也就2500块，更何况seller的都是旧的。
seller如果自己要拿走，他要叫人来拆掉在搬走。他要付额外的钱。
我要是你就叫他通通拿走。
因为seller说了洗衣机和烘干机不会留下也不会卖给你，所以你可以反过来让他给你2000块credit买洗衣机和烘干机，告诉seller，this is a good deal.
然后你就和他们僵持着，等到一定程度你的agent和对方的agent就会急，最后他们帮你搞定。
现在钱在你的手上，你就是大爷。
另外seller说不会修任何东西。那他们list的时候，没有说这个房子是as is？

Bosch customer service is horrible. The worst I have come across in 52 years.
The electronics are failure prone. We have had the dishwasher for 3 years
and have had the control module fail 3 times. Each time it took a minimum of
3 service visits to get it replaced. The excuse we have heard each time is
that Bosch dishwashers are relatively unknown and the parts are hard to get.
The first time the electronics failed, it took 3 MONTHS to get it repaired

我一个通知，退房的时候房东说有事不在Houston，让我把钥匙什么的寄给她，也没和
我一起做move-out inspection。在我退房以后每月写信催促一次的情况下，她直到3个
月后才给我回信。然后回信找了一堆碴，不但要把欠我的800块的押金扣掉，还说我欠
她400块。
这些碴有：
1. Dishwasher里面有油渍清洗不掉，所以dishwasher坏了，扣300。那dishwasher用的
好好的。
2. 清理房间，300。 我和室友认真清理房间了。
3. 冰箱顶上有放锅的铁锈印，所以冰箱坏了，400。这冰箱新的也不值400，而且用的
好好的。
4. 微波炉里有油渍，所以微波炉坏了，扣100。我室友认真擦干净了。
我感觉她一开始就不想还我押金，然后被我催急了，就反过来咬一口，真是太黑了。我
现在想问问，是不是这种情况，我可以因为她没有按时通知我为由，把押金要回来先。
如果要回来了，是不是还会受到她的property damage bill？我如何能够证明她要的钱

carefully, you should see that, the hard-anodized aluminum is just for
exterior; and for the Calphalon Simply Non-Stick line, it uses 2-layer non-
stick coating, plus it is not dishwasher safe, oven safe only to 400 F, and
a 10 year warranty - all the indications of a not so robust coating; whiles
their other better lines of products have 3-layer coating, dishwasher safe,

If you look at the bottom of your dishwasher, you may see a heating element
(电热棒), which means the dishwasher will heat the water to the necessary
temperature, no matter how hot or cold the incoming water is.
Also, regarding 刀叉勺洗不干净, one thing you may want to do to prevent it
is to not put the exact same knife or fork or spoon in the same utensil
basket, since the two same utensils may stick together or "get together"
that may prevent them being cleaned thoroughly. |

当律师的弟弟给我写了一封信。
1. 说由于是我没有正确maintain空调系统导致今年夏天坏掉两次。要2000才能修好。
今年夏天很热的是后空调坏了两次，我们全家包括两个孩子（5岁和1岁) 还有60岁的老
母亲在90度的房子里住了两天两晚上。他还好意思和我说这个！再说维护空调是房东的
责任，lease上并没有让我们维护的条款。我是按时换filter的。不知道这点如何驳斥
他？
2. 还说我们用坏了dishwasher，要600 才能换新的。我们家从来不用dishwasher，这
明显是讹诈！
3.我们是提前3个月搬出来的。算是break leaese了，我提前30天告诉他，他也同意了
并说考虑给我们退押金。我说可以扣掉cleaning的费用 if any。而且我反复读了lease

没有必要这么算.其实water softener 大小理论上讲真的无所谓.但是我倾向于
买大.一般大于30,000grains最好.而且要demand driven 的,优点以前我讲过.具体
再生周期在使用中不重要,只要机器知道该再生了当天夜间自动再生就可以了.但是
要知道再生是消耗水的,而这个水量大的和小的softener差别不是很大.因此大的相对
稍微省一点,另外离子交换树脂也是有寿命的,再生频繁的后果就是树脂失效快,使用
寿命缩短.买大点的当然可以使用寿命长一点.
80Gal/Day我认为适合双职工家庭,不太频繁使用dishwasher的情况.如果你几乎天天用
dishwasher建议加10Gal/Day.如果家里平时有人再加10Gal/Day.
如果你没有什么工具还是比较难.主要是需要割管子.管子割开后如果是铜管就把water
softener的管子焊上去.塑料管我不知道怎么做. |
