from the dishwasher is leaking.
Any way, how much water was in the dish washer? Does it increse over time?
You can turn off the water to dish washer first (if you don't use it), you
should see a valve under the sink for it.
Most dishwasher drains have a "check valve" that only allows water to flow
out of drain. It appears that either you don't have one or is broken, I

mold, 还有一个是deck太旧，说要么修，要么换。加上七七八八其它一下小毛病，
agent建议我们找seller降价$5000
第一次inspection的时候没有开水，所以没检查水管，今天做了剩下的inspection，结
果如下，说都是小问题，想问一下大家的看法。

Noisy disposal
Leaking at dishwasher shut off, dishwasher not tested.
Filtered drinking water spigot at sink inoperable
Repairs at sink drain.
Lower Bath:
Slow drain at sink
Suggest adjusting internal toilet hardware for proper operation.

一般是把窗帘拿走了，有把range拿走的，但是没有见过把dishwasher拿走的。冰箱一

接热水, Dishwasher的排水管接水槽的下水管道或者是food disposer或者是air gap.
还需要的就是一根电源线. 自己上网查一查, 看看installation manual就行了. |

,只有1,2款有. 我倾向与kitchenaid,因为去看的bosch里面设计有点小, 但是
kitchenaid有这个功能的又heat dry不行.
难道food disposal这个功能难道不重要吗? 好象在dishwasher里面并不普遍, 为什么
这么贵的dishwasher,已经应该属于比较高端的产品了,没有这个功能呢?还是说实际生
活中并不怎么用的上, 所以厂家没设计? 还是说有的说明里面没写出来,实际这个功能

hood的水平都差不多，zepher，costco， 等等就700左右。bosch dishwasher单独买，
也就500左右。

下offer也是根据listing agent的要求填的FORM 21，
其中第五项，
Included items: ()Stove/rang;()refrigerator;() washer;()dryer;()dishwasher;(
)hot tube.......
等等这些，都是留的空白，
但是房子，我们去看的的时候，Stove/rang;refrigerator;dishwasher; Microwave,这
些都有， 还有个heat pump.下offer前，也有联系listing agent询问这些东西是否包
括,但没给明确答复。 现在的listing agent好像都很拽的样子。。。卖方市场。
现在offer被接受了，银行返回的需要签的offer上，Included items还是留的空白，
联系listing agent，他们不愿意把这些东西（applicances）写在上面，但是又说，那
些东西不会有人拿走的.

whirlpool贵50块，还有什么10year motor warranty，50db。刚用一个星期，发现一些
问题：
1.完全洗不干净，洗碗后居然有饭粒在碗边上
2.到处是watermark，包括前面，不像whirlpool的不锈钢表面，保持的很干净不用擦，
内部也不像过去GE的dishwasher 洗过后就干净了
3.说是50db，比过去》60db的ge安静一些但远没有小到-10db，我们学工程的10db代表
什么
建议买whirlpool，钱多买Bosch，三星LG都是样子货
还有，看网上review，有人说韩国人专门雇人写好评，可能是真的。我之前还买了LG
front load washer，当初就是看whirlpool网上的评价比较差，三星lg都很好，但用过
三星知道不好，所以买了LG |

当律师的弟弟给我写了一封信。
1. 说由于是我没有正确maintain空调系统导致今年夏天坏掉两次。要2000才能修好。
今年夏天很热的是后空调坏了两次，我们全家包括两个孩子（5岁和1岁) 还有60岁的老
母亲在90度的房子里住了两天两晚上。他还好意思和我说这个！再说维护空调是房东的
责任，lease上并没有让我们维护的条款。我是按时换filter的。不知道这点如何驳斥
他？
2. 还说我们用坏了dishwasher，要600 才能换新的。我们家从来不用dishwasher，这
明显是讹诈！
3.我们是提前3个月搬出来的。算是break leaese了，我提前30天告诉他，他也同意了
并说考虑给我们退押金。我说可以扣掉cleaning的费用 if any。而且我反复读了lease
并没有说提前终止lease要扣掉所有押金的条款。如果上诉，我们有机会吗？
4. 他有可能把lease丢了，这对我们有利吗？

尝试用洗碗机洗碗，试了各种洗涤模式（包括洗两遍），碗筷总是有点洗涤液 （
Finish® All-In-One Dishwasher Detergent Powerball Tabs ）的味道。虽然有
点香，但很不喜欢！碗筷洗完最好是没有任何味道。
请问如何解决？有什么好的Dishwasher Detergent推荐没？

另外一种是SV218B2-30
区别是用Dishwasher-safe aluminium mesh filters，神器二代是dishwasher-safe,
stainless steel baffle filters ，想请问一下两种filters到底哪个好清洗一些？

一般不会，除非碰到奇烂的工人。
对调sinker和洗碗机，加装一个洗衣机这种活需要对水管大改造么，是大工程么？
这个要看具体的位置，小厨房sink和dishwasher可能共享water supply
dishwasher 的废水是排到 side drain adapter on your garbage disposer. 所以掉
换位置是很容易的，你自己到下面看一下就知道了
不知道到底是自己找contractor, 还是承包给法拉盛那边？我们都是full-time 上班，
不管怎样都最好一直看着，做好时刻和工人交流的准备，看看能不能work from home，
或者中午溜回家什么。装修里面太多细节，你不盯着点工人就偷懒或者搞错。
关键是找到靠谱的装修工。

我就用过一个MICROWAVE STERILIZER，用来消毒PUMP的东西，
其实我觉得只要足够大，又可以放进自家的MICROWAVE就可以了，牌子无所谓
或者DISHWASHER也是很方便，但是因为DISHWASHER运行时间长，
要多备几套备用。
至于体温计，我家就用最土的，放在腋下的，医院给的。我觉得就可以了，
BABY的时候通常没那么病，多数是大人自己的烦恼 |
