If your 1st and 2nd trimester scanning is normal, you have no gestational
diabetes. The possiblility of false negative rate for Down's syndrom is very

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

wonder if they're available in the U.S.
- Aspirin is just for his heart and anticoagulation reasons
- Lovastatin is for lowering his cholesterol, assuming his lipid panel is
not wihin normal limits right now
- Paroxetine can be used to treat a variety of disorders, such as major
depressive disorder, panic disorder, GAD, PTSD, etc. |

distress and have difficult and tense relationship with others.

比如bipolar disorder, baseline personality disorder, 甚至social anxiety
disorder，正常人拿出来都能找到些相似的症状。
我是觉得，身心是联系的，现代医学过度强调了从化学药物调理精神，弱化了从精神，

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。
