全世界目前每十对夫妇中就有一对面临生育障碍，每年依靠生殖辅助技术降生的婴儿高
达五十万。 但是，受限于目前辅助生殖过程中胚胎筛选的技术水平，胚胎成功移植并
最终产下婴儿的成功率仅为30%左右。
据介绍，成功率之所以如此之低，主要是由于传统受精卵筛选的方法不够精确。通常，
为了降低各类风险，例如怀上多胞胎，可导致流产的子痫前症以及大出血等，医生们只
能将一个胚胎移植入子宫。 传统的筛选依据主要是受精卵的形态，而形态判断主要依
靠医生的主观经验，可见传统方法的精确度是难以保证和提高的。 胚胎移植成活率低
的主要原因之一在于各类染色体异常。 因此，植入前的全基因组遗传筛查不但可以最

about China or the history of HK before they were born think this is 1960s
America. They live in this ideological fantasy world, the net result of
which will be they and their families eating out of bins.
Mainland Chinese will begin to populate all the senior positions of the
