因为有很多行人 在他前面过马路 可那不是行人应该过马路的地方

然后警察就给我了个ticket
这种情况dispute有意义吗？
会报给保险吗？
可不可去traffic school来不让他们报给保险啊？

经验不足，刚刚发现paypal case里面是这样写的：
