今天男子举重77公斤级决赛，举重队遭遇裁判计时错误其实也有类似问题，
由于教练无法顺利的和裁判沟通或者argue，小军白白丧失再度冲击世界纪录机会。
希望我们的队员、教练员、领队以后要加强沟通能力和危机公关能力的培养，
1. 既可以加强跟国外运动员和裁判的沟通，更好的比赛；
2. 也可以更好的接受媒体访问，展现我们中国运动员的风采；
3. 同时对退役以后的学习和工作也都是会大有裨益的。 |
