from what you descrip, i would like to recommend the following:

help to find the cause of hydronephrosis, like obstruction, reflux,
posterior urethrla valve etc. reflux is a common cause of hydronephrosis in
pedicatric patients. low grade reflux has higher chance to dissapear without
treatment. high grade reflux may need surgical treatment. Dont be panic.

company has a new comer (indian guy) works in the office besides mine. He's
been here for over 3 weeks, averagely only spent 4 hours a day in his office
and dissapeared. During these fous hours, he mainly calls or receives phone,
or just talk with his supervisor on all the work-irrelated stuffs. man, their
lives are easy.

ARM has some perf/power advantage for small core, when you get to server
level CPU, the ISA difference is dissapearing. Internally, X86 core is also
RISC. We are living in the same physical world, ARM does not have any
other magic to make it faster than Intel, plus, Intel has process advantage.
It is really just a joke.. |

on scars. Pretty expensive though, $35 a tube. I tried on my 痘痕 too, it
actually worked! It makes the skin smoother, but I am not sure whether it can remove your 疤痕 100%. For me, one completely dissapeared (at least I can't tell where it is now, the other is smaller/lighter but i can still tell.) This cream is over the counter, you can get it at Bartell or other drug store.
Or you can go to a Beauty Salon to ask the spec |

I think most fans in Atlanta still loved him. The years when he was with the

1，下载 DS3612xs_3202-Repack.pat ， microserver-dsm-4.2.img ， modules-4.2.
tar.gz

2，卸下所有HDD（多于1块并且用了RAID的话，记录下顺序），连上一块儿没用的HDD在
Disk 1
3，重复lz的说明安装DM 4.2
4，安装完成后，remove刚才的Disk 1，装上原来HDD的第一块儿，注意顺序。
5，启动N40L，打开synology assitant，显示是migratable，右键点击安装，选择新的
DM4.2 pat文见（程序会自动跳过format过程）
6，安装完成开机，看看是否安装成功。
7，成功显示DM4.2以后，关机，装上剩余的HDD
8，再次开机以后，打开Storage Manager，会要求修复剩余盘的System partition，点
击修复。
9，安装完成。
