没有重金属或其它物质的含量，达到饮用标准的就没有问题。
至于水的硬软度，是指金属离子的含量，光看硬软度是绝对看不出水质的，要看具体含
的是什么金属离子，矿泉水就是硬水。有些硬水不光对身体无害，甚至还有好处，比如说补
钙补铁什么的。
现在市面上的软水，主要是用钠盐来软化，说白了就是用钠离子取代钙镁离子，而钠的
过量摄入对人体绝对是有害的，尤其是心血管方面。
另外一个指标是TDS(Total Dissolved Solid) 可溶解固体？简单理解就是溶于水的大
分子物质，包括二氧化碳，所以TDS的测量对温度的要求是很高的。理论上说最纯净的
水就是TDS为0的水，这需要用RO或DI来实现。RO，你可以想象成特别细的过滤器，只允
许水分子通过，DI可以想象成带电的颗粒可以吸附大分子。这两个方法的缺点是RO太费
水了，一般要生产一加仑的纯水，要产生三到四加仑的废水。DI的缺点是成本高，效率
低。
TDS为0的水，喝起来没有任何味道（奇怪的是没有任何味道，反而是一种很难忍受的味
道），一般不用来饮用，也不建议饮用。

(1) The more oxygen that is dissolved in water, the better it tastes.
(2) So don't over-boil water when making tea. Lu Yu's 'Cha Jin' has
extensive description about how to boil the water right for (different) tea
making.
(3) Water kept at constant high temp after boiling will continue losing
oxygen, thus tastes 'old'.
(4) Re-boiling water makes it even worse than (3). |
