Unified School Distric ）营养午餐部（Nutrition Services Department）兼职会
计。专门负责登记学校餐厅收帐，并拿去存进学区银行户头，所有学校每天收到的午饭
钱动辄上万元。
茱迪丝在学区工作16年，营养午餐部从6月以来，发现银行户头存额有短少现象。一名
主管调出监视器画面查看，发现茱迪丝两次把大把钞票塞进自己胸罩，遂由学区安全经
理报警。警方8月7日突击查访茱迪丝，在她身上起出现钞，以侵占公款和盗窃罪当场逮
捕，茱迪丝次日即递上辞呈。不过她随后交保，至今未被起诉。
根据警方初步调查，从6月以来每天银行存款单显示，营养午餐部进帐短少2000元。利
雅多警察局、圣伯纳汀诺县警局、圣伯纳汀诺县地检处、圣伯纳汀诺县教育局，都要进
一步调查茱迪丝是否在营养午餐部帐目也做过手脚，学区教委会也聘请私家侦探史都华
（Jeff Stewart）加入调查。

刚刚拿到房东退还的双倍deposit，给大家汇报一下进展。
2005.05 我们搬出，等了一个多月，房东没有退还deposit；
2005.09 咨询学校律师；
2005.10 用certificated mail去催要deposit，房东不理；
2006.08 我们向当地一个Distric Justice，file了一个claim；
2006.09 收到Distric Justice通知，没法送达传票。 （我来BBS发信问，见下面）
2006.10 我们查到了房东的新地址，他搬到了相邻的街区。从新file claim；
2006.11 Distric Justice上庭，后来收到judge的信，我们赢了；
2006.12 被告房东到city court去appeal了。我们也去file了一个新的claim；

patient consultation, check voice mail, take new prescription over the phone
, and do transfers with other stores.
Our state law says the only thing intern can't do is you can't be over Techs
. You can't boss them around. lol...
So you can verify prescriptions if your pharmacist allow you to.
Most of the stores/hospitals will require their intern work 8-9 hours per
two weeks. You can work more if you can handle it.

八糟的感想和体会吧。
1，networking, interperson skill还是第一重要的。就算你业务精，知识多，不认识
人，不会表达外显。还是没有什么优势的。看那些大小经理，哪个不是会说话的？人说
话就是比较有艺术，委婉。这点我要学会还要下大功夫。我上中学的时候过年大家都给
老师送挂历之类的。我爸让我给老师也送，我就是死活不肯。现在才恍悟当时真是大错
特错呀。哈哈
2，build the trust.这个是指工作的时候，对待同事，病人，都要尽心尽力，赢得信
任。如果你态度不好，让大家讨嫌了，很可能一件小事都能把你绊倒。如果大家都喜欢
你，就算你出了点错，也会被原谅。就拿我们之前被开掉那个同事来说吧。虽然我和她
在一起工作的机会也少，不过她的懒惰，漫不经心是人家一看就看出来的。她就喜欢自
己挑自己喜欢做的事情，没有team work精神。开掉她说是fill错了一个Rx，我认为只
是个导火索罢了。其实fill的时候拿的药不对根本过不了，印不了label，我就很奇怪
她怎么给弄错的。

守判决。我看你才是望文生义了 disxtric就认为是地区法院。美国没有啥地区法院 只
有州法院系统 联邦法院系统。告dhs当然要去联邦法院系统告 先从district court高
起 相当于国内一审 circuit 相当于二审上诉 最高法就是终审

最近在看第一套房，budget在400k左右，现在选了两个
A、
Issaquah Highlands，$400k,1630sf, 3bed, 有一个很小很小的fenced yard。
优点：好学区，周围小区建设不错，有tennis court，basketball court，很多公园。
缺点：贵
B、
Renton， $280k，1680sf，3bed，yard比较大。
优点：便宜，所在的小区在Renton除去Issaquah School Distric的区里面算是不错的
，小学9分，中学8分
缺点：只有一个公园，没有其他公共设施，周围的小区都不怎么地

现在住在这一带的中国人越来越多了，因为学区好也很安全，你孩子一进学校，
就应该可以认识不少的华人孩子和家庭。Littleton的学区也一般啊，安全也差
些，几年前还出过一些事故，建议不去。不少中国人也考虑Highland Ranch一带，
是因为那里的学区还好，房子是新的而且便宜一点。 |

今天去TOWN里的SCHOOL DISTRIC REORG会去听了一下, 一头雾水. 就听到TOWN里以后要
把所有TWON里的学校分成K-2和3-5, 学区重分. TOWN里要搞个IB学校, 我家刚好在IB学
校区中, 可以优先进IB学校, 也可以选自己学区的普通学校(STEM, SCIENCE
TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING MATH).
没想到PUBLIC SCHOOL的K也这么多名堂.做父母可真不容易, 每天都在SURPRISE和
DEADLINE中学习进取着. |

's close to Boston so you can join all kinds of activities. We have a friend
live in tudor glen village and we lived the apt. across the street four
years ago. I like the surrounding facilities (stores and restaurants), very
convenient.
If you have a kid/kids, Adover is a very good school distric with better
housing price compare with the same level of school districts closer to
Boston. |

lot. and the kids can be keep utill 6-6:30PM. Fee is aaorund$1000.But I know
there is a boy move to public school as he was in the 4th grade. He passed

I think most of Chinese people live in Beaverton - which is close to Intel
and has a better school distric than Hillsboro. Lake Oswego has the best
schools - so it is kind expensive to live there.
Some people play soccer in Westlake Park in Lake Oswego - which is close to
Kruse Way. A number of Chinese folks also play soccer at Rock Creek in
Beaverton every Saturday afternoo |

另外发现95120并不都是好学区的房子。按zip code可以查个大概。还是要在verify一
下。
SchoolAndHousing 这些网站还不错，可以显示出来distric 区域，但是cover 的区域
还是有限
的。
最保险的方式还是打电话问一问。另外大家有没有好的agent推荐。 |
