. 没抓到人, 而且掉的漆很少, 就不理了.
这次在停车场, 我直行, 对方倒车, 刮到了我driver side的bumper, 掉了很多漆. 找
state farm索赔. state farm说, 修车过程是这样的, 先要remove bumper, 然后补漆.
可是因为我之前passenger side被刮伤的时候, 没有修, 就是没有先remove bumper,
然后补漆. 所以他们这次不赔偿我remove bumper需要的费用了, 要我从我的
500deductable 里面自己出, 他们把这次diver
side刮伤需要的remove bumper当作是第一次passenger side刮伤时需要做的事情, 要
我自己出. 我觉得这样是非常不合理的. 因为即使我没有之前passenger side的刮伤,
他们要fix 这次driver side的刮伤也是需要remove bumper的, 凭什么要我出? 而且即

开了chargeback，我应了，说明delivered了，带signature。8月份，此chargeback被
关，Status： “Not Granted“， Detail：“We successfully defended the
chargeback.” 但紧接着却又有一个chargeback，还是同一交易。我又应了一遍，重复
了上次的应答。一直到现在，Status 还是”Pending“， Detail：”This chargeback
is being processed.“。
KAO，新年都过了，看来Amazon是欺负我能忍，就把它撂在那里不管了，钱也一直扣着

401k 也好 IRA 也好，都是从税的角度考虑的。当然 401k 一般还有 company match,
which is free money. 所以 401 是至少 max company match 的。因为你的收入比
较高，开销却很低，所以你应该 max 401 limit. 23% 是你总的交税比例还是你的
tax bracket? 如果是 tax bracket 那你的税率很低，应该投 Roth IRA. 关于 Roth
的好处本版以前有很多讨论，建议你先考考古翻翻精华区。
从投资角度来说，现在比较不好办。我有几个建议你可以认真考虑（最好是都做，分
散投资）：
1. 买黄金白银；
2. 在国内内地城市买房子；
3. 出去旅游，花掉。
美国股票和债券市场现在都不适合投资。别听有人低买高卖的瞎出主意，那是 stock
trading, 跟投资没关系，也不适合你的情况。
如果我是你，我会增加更方面的开销，比如住得更好一些，拿出更多的预算出去旅游。
当然你的 401k 选择不多，一般只能投资美国市场，上面的都不适用。我的建议是
