我以前说过，性快乐和身体能量紧密相关。并且多次强调，中年切忌纵欲，形同自杀。
有个女同学写信说，她一静坐就会会阴发痒，性欲上来，结果大家可以联想。但是，真
正的后果是什么呢？是“作死”。这样的身体，宝贵的精元全耗散了。
练功的时候，如果性欲变强，尤其是练的过程中变强，如果这时候泄掉，不管什么途径
，就等于自杀。
而这个同学的本质，并不是身体的真正变好，而是守意不对。于是浮躁的阳气，其实本
来就不多了，全浮在表面，全被搅起来了。所以，完事以后，往往极度疲惫，身体像被
掏空。
其根本是什么呢？是心，在贪。如果长期执迷不改，就是痴。
但是，下面信中这个同学是真的进步了。何以见得呢？

八月一开头，就有一个重大好消息：晨晨公司接了一个活，给南方一个小城市设计安装市
中心喷泉花园的灯光，所以要出差一个多月，也就是说，晨晨的公寓这个期间，就归晓晓
了！
晓晓决定充分利用这个机遇，把有限的时间投入到无限的做爱当中去。她说到做到，和卫
国迅速展开了集训式的做爱。第一天，在厨房做，不小心把厨房里的杯子打碎了三个；第
二天，在客厅做，打翻可乐又把地毯给废了；第三天，在餐桌边，愣是把椅子腿做断了一
条；第四天，在床上两个人蹬来蹬去，把床头的落地台灯给蹬倒了，台灯当即毙命。
第五天，他们做到了电视机录音机旁边，晓晓想，不行啊，不能做了，电视机我赔不起啊
