1个C Division. 女子两个B Division, 1个A Divison, 没有一个老中。孤军奋战啊。
争取这次打得成绩好些，打上A Divison.
他们用Power Rating system, 不但要赢球，而且要尽量多赢。比如你1-6,7-6,7-5,除了
赢球得的2分，小分还比对手略差些。 |

House正在就经济刺激法案投票，Senate将于今晚投票。不出意外的话，法案会顺利通过，总统签字后正式生效。
接下来劳工部和移民局将发布具体的法规，说明这个限制H1B的法案具体怎么实施。我们应该在这个过程中争取让他们在法规中明确说明H1B延期不受影响，刚刚进入公司正在OPT阶段的员工申请H1B应不受影响，将受影响的公司范围尽量缩小，等等。

现在众议院网上的Division A文本已经是完整的文本，H-1B条款在第494页，文字与参议院的版本完全一样，取消对硕士或收入高于$60K的雇员豁免的条款仍然在。看来是凶多吉少了。

Minnesota Twins had a magical run in 2006. With defending WS champion in
their division, very few predicted that they would finish as division
champion. In fact, by All-Star break, they were 11 games behind then

Startinf in July, it's NFL training camp, each team can have around 90 players.
August is preseason, 4 games each team. During that period, team has to trim
number of players down to 53.
Regular season starts at Labor Day weekend. Each team plays 16 games in 17 weeks,
with 1 week off.
Regular season ends around Christmas time. NFL has two confernece, NFC and AFC.
Each confernece has 3 divisions. Within conference, 3 divison champions plus
3 wildcard teams go into playoffs.

foo(7-3): 阵容中WR稍弱，但有peyton manning基本上也就不需要别的了。
最后四周对手egirls/alomar/rich/titan, 预计两胜两负，overal 9-5外卡晋级。
breeze (6-4): 阵容中pittman/brown领衔的RB比较完整，wr如果holt伤病困扰
则令人担忧。最后四周rick/fire/dog/canes两个本division的可以拿下，两个偶们
south division的有望一胜一负，最终9-5或8-6以division winner进入playoff.
当然偶是坚决支持breeze的，如果他能拿下canes/dog, 对south divison的局势
有重大影响。
Miami Canes(6-4): 四连胜的teamster的阵容其实可以比美douglas/dragon.
后四周对手red stars/breeze/bison/holland, 估计全胜问题不大， 10-4

Home and away are also set in advance, except the dates.
(1) 6 divisonal games: home & away vs. 3 teams in your own division;
(2) 4 games against one division from your conference, 2 at home and 2 away.
So the rotation is completed every 3 years, with home/away arrangement
swtiched.

probably true (to some degrees at least) elsewhere too. Divisonal games are
the hardest 'cause they hate you the most, know you the best, and have a
previous game to prepare with.
I remember a 1-15 Cowboys upseting a playoff-bound 'Skins, then, a few years
later, the two-time defending champ 'Boys lost a 17-pt underdog 'Skins, the
biggest upset in term of spread in modern NFL history. |
