It is way more complicated NOT to have lawyer in your case because you have
young kids (too young IMO). I fully understand your concerns.
You cannot really have peaceful divorce because 1. you have kids (this
involves child support/visitation/custody) 2. you are talking about
separating, moving out and splitting family assets (change for everyone and
$$$$).

有没有lawyer 是不管什么都做的？我一直觉得lawyer 应该该是术业有专攻的，但是
最近有个人跟我说他什么都做一些，没有什么特别specialize 的。不过以前做family
abuse 的比较多，也有很多divorce, 但似乎听他的意思他也不是不做其他方面的。

大firm分得细，之间跳来跳去都不容易，那天他们说从corporate firm里从破产换去M&A估计都不太容易。
