conservative and normally vote Republican. Dixville voted for the Republican
in every election since 1960 — including Barry Goldwater who lost in a
landslide to Lyndon Johnson — until going for Obama in 2008, and splitting
the vote between Romney and Obama in 2012.
Since reviving midnight voting, Hart's Location voted for Dole in 1996, Bush
in 2000 and 2004, and Obama in 2008 and 2012.

发帖数: 70028 | 7 美国大选正式投票6日开始，大选结果将随即揭晓。而在此前提前投票和现在的正式投票环节，却出现了各种各样的乱象。在部分州，早期投票时间被压缩、选民登记卡进垃圾箱、选民遭恐吓、选民信息被修改或签字难以辨认、邮寄选票或缺席选票险被作废等混乱现象频繁出现。尤其是邮件投票的争议性较多以及其中的网络黑客等问题，是否会引起法律问题实在堪忧。另外，部分州可能受风暴影响推迟投票。
美国2012年大选竞选已经基本结束，大选日投票已经从6日开始，两位候选人只能静候选民和命运的裁度。被称为美国大选的“第一村”新罕布什尔州迪克斯维尔山口镇（Dixville Notch）与哈特镇（Hart）率先投票，而佛罗里达州投票（含早期投票）也已过半。
共和党候选人罗姆尼目前已经在马萨诸塞州参加投票，并表示对自己胜利充满信心。
