some pictures. This Volvo accident happened on Feb 8, 2001 in Sunne, (
western part of) Sweden. The man who drove the car is a relative of my wife

a lady backed into my parents' car; what made it tricky for us was that:
1) she was being a bully, kept on claiming it was my parents that ram into
her.

双方的车都报废了。我左腿膝盖内侧有巴掌那么大的一大块淤清并且还有点肿，当时有
一点pain的感觉， 今天不碰它基本上不痛了。胸口在心窝以上的肋骨（有大包子那么
大的一块面积吧）当时有一些pain的感觉，今天似乎好了点， 用手压这块肋骨会有痛
感，不压几乎感觉都到了，不知道这是不是在离心力甩的过程中，这块肋骨被安全带压
到了。副驾上的人身体的右边（肩膀，大腿右侧，屁股）有酸痛的感觉。去了一个大医
院的ER做了一些检查。做了X光胸透，肋骨没有什么问题。也做了膝盖肿的地方， 也没
什么问题。 还做了一个似乎是心电图似的东西，说心脏也没什么问题（因为我说心窝
上那一块肋骨有痛感）。还有就是问有没有头晕头痛和dizzy的感觉什么的。结果就给
我们开了止痛药，把我们打发回家了。警察给我police report 时， 说report 上有一
个witness 证明我们是绿灯。
身边的好多朋友建议我找一个律师要一些身体和心理上的补偿。 google 了附近的一些

面的车追尾了。
后来救护车都来了，说是对方驾驶员感觉dizzy。
几天后拿到警察报告，追尾。但是报告上也说后车认为我停车太急，他们没有反应过来
。 （不知道警察为什么要加上这样的话）
警察报告还现实车主和驾驶员不是一个人，也不象是租的车。都不是住在附近的人。
因为是追尾，我的保险公司说对方全责。
联系对方保险公司，也很客气，现在都一个月了，之前还收到信说在待查。前天收到一
封信说这可能是 intentional act，我打电话过去问是啥意思，他们就说the whole
claim could be denied and it is still under investigation. 然后他们就说不能
多说了。
这是啥意思？不可能说我骗保吧。我在网上查了一下，说驾驶员如果有精神病，喝酒了
等等，就算是。可是警察报告上没有说对方有这些啊。
这个情况下我该怎么办呢？如果对方保险公司据赔，我只有找律师找对方个人了么？ |

the spline also affects her muscles: her neck movement

one way to look at it is by measureing orthostatic blood pressure and heart
rate, starting by lying flat, then sitting, then standing up, about 3-5 min
apart, to see if there is any significant blood pressure and heart rate
changes moving from lying to standing, this might help you to determine if

那天陪我去的同学说，我术后麻醉二期时，是有吃护士给我的止痛药的，那时候护士问
了我疼痛级别后就拿药给我吃，我没有多问就吃了。我同学说当初没有听到我提
Tylenol。还有我当时移到住院部的时候跟护士说我很dizzy，护士说应该是止痛药的原
因。
我对术后那天下午的事记得不是很清楚，所以前面弄错了。不过我确定第二天开始，我
就没有再吃止痛药了。但我服了止痛药的情况，应该可以从医院找到记录吧？这对我和
保险公司解释，会不会有帮助？
