youtube现在每天都会有大量的视频被删，我每天都做不少工作修复视频（这也是用v.
netstartv.com的优势所在），但：
1. 这类视频网站受DMCA保护，用户自由上传，版权方举报。这个游戏规则保证了总会
有大量的内容。
2. 因为youtube分享广告收入，整体生态环境也在变好，很多官方正版内容入驻

。关键是零风险。
我现在p2p最多下下国内的mp3，偶像剧什么的。
至於英文字幕，去射手网找啊。美剧去tvsubtitles.net。
永远记住，比盗版的质量和数量，中国人其实远比不上美国人和欧洲人。国内大多是二道贩子（美剧字幕组还不错，不过p2p整天下美剧，保证几年内会有律师寄信给你）。 |

网站owner如果通过LZ说的东西获利，可以惩罚甚至强制关闭，但是必须有证据，必须

年前很多著名p2p bbs网站就是这样被关闭的。那些网站owner自己不做盗版连接，都是
member干的，但是还是通过法律手段关闭了。
新法错误在于把司法权从法院转移到了行政部门司法部,而且扩大的打击范围，所有关
联网站都可以受到屏蔽或关闭。这种不公开举证，没有公开辩护，没有公开审判，株连
9族，而且没有明确上诉程序的做法比中国都不如。 |

控制媒体和广告业的一般是同一批人。
DVD的FBI Warning为什么不能快进？因为DMCA规定内容带一个bit就不允许快进。好像
叫non-skip。因此很多广告也带这个bit。
在美国卖能随便快进的DVD / Bluray是要判刑的。
你可以argue如果没有广告，用户要为内容付更多钱。这肯定是对的。
但是从信息流通的角度看。广告散布的不实内容肯定更多。同时增加了产品成本。
因此，从全社会角度看。等于用户花钱祸害自己。
我们的社会，就是大家互相祸害。我们中绝大多数人，不祸害人就无法生存。
政府的作用，就是保证静悄悄地生，静悄悄地死。别惹是生非。然后大家互相祸害祸害
。都是守法纳税的好公民。
当然，中国也好不到哪里去。我不会去中国创业。但是我要说的是，这两边可以
