师把案子转到regular civil docket，我没搞懂为什么律师要转，是不是因为regular
civil docket原告输了，要付被告的律师费啊？
我简单的说下原委
小孩摔倒，手臂疼，去急诊室，打石膏，回家
过了几个星期去私人诊所（医生还是属于医院），一个男的医生说好了，把石膏去掉，
把石膏去掉后，小孩看上去恢复了
过了一星期，按预约再看医生，男医生不见了，是一个女医生，女医生给了个理由可能
是再次摔倒骨折的几率大，又给装上石膏，
过了一两个星期，按预约再看医生，还是女医生，拆了，完了也就几分钟。
收到账单，把我吓一跳，那个女医生最后一次的账单是这样
office visit 10mins，150美元
一个特殊的治疗，1160美元，
这个特殊的治疗1160美元把我激怒了，和妻子确认根本就没有的事，因为我们是HIGH
DEDUCTIBLE的保险计划，1160美元要我们付，我认为这个女医生想从保险公司骗钱，但

他左转,他当时没看到对面最外lane有车)左转到小路, 快转完时, 对面最外那条lane上

private drive ticket. 有旁边证人认为摩托车开太快.
公司请了律师(车是公司的.), 可是律师只是电话和email了解了当时的情况. 然后一
直没有任何信息. 今天突然收到City of Austin Municipal Court的信, 让4/30 日去
法院 Appear at the Appearance Docket, 如果不去, 就会 set for trial at a
future date.
从没去过法院, 不知道这个.Appearance Docket是怎么回事, 感觉很严重呀.律师能一
起去吗?请律师作用在哪呀? 最坏的结果是什么?
版上有知道的大侠给提供点相关信息好吗? 心理焦急的很.

Every attorney has a docket, which maintains certain priority on cases.
Those 12 cases ahead of you must have entered the line earlier than yours
does. Normally, attorneys work on their docket in a FIFO manner, unless
certain cases need urgent attention.
Why not direct your attention to some other things that you can have more

上法庭后，学校诬陷她考试得F才被学校开除。事实是她先被开除了，无法参加考试，
两们功课自动得F。可是法官判决就是“你得F被开除，歧视不成立”。当然，法官把这
几句话分散成20几页判决书，写得云山雾沼，不让你看懂。那还是有个有名的法官，前
