I bought the newest edition from Walmart which costs about 11 dollars.
Right after seeing my newest book, the docotor also ordered one from walmart

其实美国医生收入相对来说，不高。你随便艘艘， 估计，你在新加坡，就要抱怨新加
坡的医生收入高；在英国，就抱怨英国的医生收入高。
这些国家早都全民医保了，医生收入和国家其他专业比， 也是高的。美国什么人工都
贵，相对医生的收入真不算高的。
只有日本，在政府医院的医生收入是有 cap的， 差不多$30w。然后， 就导致日本医生
现在急缺， 从2008年， 日本公立医生工资一直在涨; 还有就是医生都去企业和私营机
构兼职。

Anti-depression medicine is not cheap in China. Is there any way we can buy
the medicine here and mail it to the patient in China? I heard WalMart has
cheap generic anti-depression medicines. But it needs docotor's prescription
.
Anyone has done that before? Please give some advice.

any shots. My suggestions is to ask other immigration doctor and hopefully some of them will fill out the form for you without taking any shot. |

been a long time runner. He did mention insole and mentioned to bring the
insole when trying on new shoes. I didn't ask him question because I didn't
have my insole at that time. But it seemed like he didn't mind insole.
BTW, my knee problem is not the joint due to poundding. It is the knee cap
due to improper tracking (runner's knee).

resin， 这种叫修。 修完也是透明的， 只是仔细看还是能看出一些端倪。 修的好处
是30多刀， 以后不会裂开。

大夫1：前一段我做的弓形虫检查。当时是我问的是我那个傻呼呼的实习医生primary
care doctor，他说你就检查一下吧，就给我检查了。完了告诉我说我都是negative的
。我问到跟猫有关的问题的时候，这位实习大夫跑出去问了他的supervisor之后气喘吁
吁地回来跟我说：最好不要再碰猫了，笑死我。然后跟我说，你可以到药店去买
prenatal vitamin吃（但我很懒没有买）。
大夫2：后来我去做well women exam，做检查的ob/gyn跟我说，现在查弓形虫没啥意义
，不明白我的primary care docotor为啥给现在查，应该怀孕以后再查，现在查了在怀
孕之前中间的时候也可能感染，而且她说indoor cat没有啥问题的，让我不要动litter
就可以了。这个大夫给我开了prenatal vitamin，是prescription的那种。我去买来吃
了，已经吃光了。
大夫3：前几天我又换了一个review很好的大夫咨询了一下，把所有的情况都提了一下

了NEW YORK某个组织，特地到我们这里搞了个blood drive，就是稍微抽点血。让人特别搞
笑的就是我们当时CSSA的PRESIDENT，装模作样去了一下，也没参加抽血，竟然还说，要找
docotor咨询一下，我的天，一个大老爷们，就抽那么一丁点血，还JJWW的，真是让人鄙视
。有些人就是喜欢估名吊誉，有什么好事冲得最快，真要让他做点奉献(有时真是微不足道

短期旅游保险可以报销的。
如果体力可以，赶紧回国看，国内一天就能定论了。而且这种病是内科范畴，国内外疗
法都差不多。除非到了最后阶段。
三年前的这个时候，我爸有非常类似的症状，在美国辗转多个family docotor，终于在
低烧了一个多月后被refer rheumatology。立刻回国后两天就确诊是免疫疾病。美国这
边看病的账单很多但因为买了一个短期旅游保险，80%都cover了。
但这不是故事的结束。结果是3个月后终于不治。血泪教训。中间掺杂了老人的固执，
类似“就要好起来了”，不肯告诉我症状，不肯看美国医生以及回国后不肯立刻去大医
院等等。血泪教训。父母已老，不能make right decision,你千万不要掉以轻心，以最
快的速度求医。 |

I got the stomach disease in 2006, with heavy GERD. At the beginning, I see
both american doctors and chinese docotors. None of them help too much. With
American doctors, as they can't detect any bacteria in my stomach, they
refuse to treat me with antibiotics, which is special helpful in

见我的时间（一起泡图书馆）比看他儿子的时间都多（很多时候回家孩子已经睡了）
至于专科的life style 我觉得的不同是肯定有 心外的和放射的比比
不过也看个人决定吧 象那个年收入7位数的家庭医生 按理说family docotor不要太舒服
再说远一点，包括考版、住院医等等，学习，工作是没有头的，一天25个小时也都能全
用上，问题是有没有那个
心，有心的总能抽时间陪陪家人，就算确实没时间至少心里存着一份感激，而不是理所
应当。其实不少工作狂
换个角度看未尝不是一种逃避和懒惰

It is hard to ask friend in USA to do so, because friend need to pay this
fee first prior to having prescription.
