用。

如果是h1b或者h4，可以不用申请Advance Parole，这个很明白的说了。不管有没有AP，
按理说都要valid nonimmigrant visa 进美国。所以还是要去大使馆签证。
如果是F1 回国，申请visa时又不能有移民倾向。
看来这个AP是个鸡肋啊。
