you to eat more.
The one I highly recommend is 'doggcrapp' from Dante. Progressive loading is
a guarantee in doggcrapp training. You have to lift more weight each and
every time you hit the weight. If you cannot push more weight in one lift
you have to remove that workout from your routine. You heard that right. You
have to PR at every workout (I almost never give myself slack on this).
