都是印度官方或自媒体关于洞朗的视频，当然明显偏向印度。而中国无论是官方还是自
媒体，相关视频几乎没有。
看了这些视频，我感觉我要是西方人，肯定支持印度，就因为视频里面印度人说英语，
感觉是同类。
中国号称对外开放这么几十年，进进出出留学生无数，近年搞一路一带，全球撒钱，中
宣部就不能掏钱组织些说英语的，制作些英语视频在YouTube宣传中方关于洞朗，关于
历史上的中印冲突，说说道理为何在中方？即使国内封了YouTube, 也不必要放弃这块
面向英语世界的宣传阵地吧？事实上中国似乎只知道往YouTube上搬中文电视剧和综艺
，另外往纽约时代广场撒几个广告，不用多说话，好像人家就了解你了。
对整个中印冲突局势我不明就里，就是看见YouTube 上中方完全没有声音而着急。
也许有人会说，中国军事强大，要打就打，把印度打趴下，不惜的和你辩论。
这个和华人在硅谷混不上去最终是一个道理，觉得华人自己技术好，不需要交流，结果
人家老板觉得你闷声不响的，是异类。 |

that the skirmish might have been blown out of proportion and was

the fact that in 2012 they agreed with India that the location of the tri-
junction would be settled in conjunction with all parties concerned. i.e.
India, Bhutan and China. It was also agreed that the status quo would be
maintained until the process of boundary settlement talks was concluded. By
trying to build a road through the Doklam plateau on a unilateral basis, the
