协议。所以他也不攻击党内人士了。党内人士也和他划清界限，为了取得两院选举的胜
利。
主要的征兆就是7月份，Trump募集了八千万的资金，把其中六千三百万送给了RNC，RNC
没有把这些钱花在总统选举上，直接用到其他选举去了。而共和党给Trump的交换，就
是Trump你想说什么就说什么，说什么都可以。
1996年Bob Dole，poll一直不好，然后共和党就采用了划清界限的策略，最后获得两院
的多数席位，为后来弹劾Clinton那场戏打下了基础。这次会不会再来一个弹劾Clinton
呢，也有可能。
GOP的策略很清楚，就是等希拉里上台再拼命砸她，然后重现2000年。如果控制两院，
